How to get your caravan or camper on the beach at Kalbarri's Lucky Bay!
Wikicamps: au.wikicamps.co/site/Western+...
Where: 6hrs north of Perth
Best time of year: April to October
Supplies: Geraldon 1.5hrs South, Kalbarri 40mins north
Fees: $15/night/site. Cash & EFTPOS available.
Booking: Not required. Pay on arrival
Facilities: Drop toilets, dump point, picnic tables, rubbish bins. No fresh water available.
Access: 2wd to campground, 4wd on beach
Dogs: Yes, on leash.
Best for: Swimming, fishing & 4wding in the sand dunes.
Nearby attractions: Hutt Lagoon - 30 mins south. Kalbarri NP - 1hr + (Skywalk, Nature’s window, incredible gorges, etc)

Ok so we were just at Lucky Bay for 3 nights last week. Been there 3 times and never knew about that track past the shacks! Omg!!! Feel stupid, but thankful that you showed us that. Good video, as you said that beach changes alot over the different months of the year. There will be times you would not get a van around that point due to the beach getting very narrow and super soft. It's a great spot, even better fishing heading along the beach towards Wagoe.
