Great great great hard work and motivated skilled workers. Just a comment to replace the tooth gears by convenient belt and pulley system in order to protect the tractor gears and transmission parts from sudden shocks mainly when hitting unseen rock in the ground

Belts and pulleys wouldn't last a week! Why would you need them anyway, when the pto shaft to the tractor has a clutch built in it to protect the tractor and tiller drive line! SR

Terveisiä naapuri maasta! Ainakin videoiden perusteella nämä tyypit osaavat tehdä kaikenlaista. Siksi ihmettelenkin että miksi heillä ei ole kunnollista hallia jossa tehdä töitä. Myöskään sandaalit eivät ole parhaat kengät metallitöihin, ja pitäisi olla turvakärki kengät, ja muutenkin asianmukaiset suojavarusteet. Heidät tilansa ovat erittäin alkeelliset.

Для уровня механизации -- конец 19-- середина 20 века-- это Отличная работа. Оно даже будет работать. Основные недостатки--- посадки подшипников ,геометрия валов и флянцев , усадки от сварки ,плохая обработка от ржавчины. Самый основной недостаток--- посадка подшипника кувалдой в отверстие плиты после резака. Это полная дикость. Впрочем ,также как и 50% остальных операций. Надо снижать скорость сборки ,увеличивать квалификацию сотрудников ,обеспечить меры по охране труда( почти босые люди в резиновых тапочках ,без сварочных рукавиц и масок ,в халатах,в пыли и грязи на мостовой....старые станки....какая же там адекватность сборочного процесса??? Товарищ капиталист ,начальник данной организации ,вы больше похожи на рабовладельца ,чем на современного предпринимателя- менеджера.... Да ,и инженером- механиком вам бы очень не помешало обзавестись...для начала.... А потом и инженером-- технологом.....причем не теми ,что поголовно пили водку с утра и до вечера с девушками в общежитиях университетов бывшего СССР.....А потом они ехали нести прогресс к себе на Родину......----- вот мы и видим на видео этот " прогресс"...

@@RH-ie2tx Oil would be added to the gearbox and the gear drive unit in the last stages maybe even after shipping over to the distributor. The problem would most likely be the tolerances between the gears as they were 'eye-precision' positioned and then the bearings had the gears torqued to 'yes please' newton metres. The welds actually look great compared to some of the Chinese implements I have. But this video explains the rusty gears and cogs in some of my units (not a tiller)
