I recently started incorporating the Om mantra into my meditation practice and it's been a really transformative experience. Now, when I chant Om during meditation, I feel like I'm tapping into a powerful energy source that's always available to me. It's a beautiful reminder that we're all connected and part of something greater than ourselves. If you're new to chanting Om or meditation in general, I'd encourage you to give it a try and see how it feels for you. Start with just a few minutes of chanting and work your way up as you feel comfortable. And remember, the most important thing is to approach your practice with an open heart and mind, and to be patient and kind with yourself along the way.

I play this every night along with rain sounds for my son while we calm ourselves to sleep. He is now 8 months old and he sleeps through the night...every night...along side me. I play it quite loud too. It just sets the tone for our night of dreams and sends us into the next day with a sense of peace & love. 💜🖤❤💚💛🧡💙

I was experiencing pain in my body and I knew that if I kept panicking, it wouldn't go away. So I began to chant Om to give those healing frequencies to my body. I began to feel it work, so I pulled this video up from KZfaq and slowly drifted into a very peaceful, pain free sleep..

I read a medical journal about how they used mri and ct to monitor the brain while the patient did their om meditation and they saw positive stimulation and functional signal stabilization in several key parts of the brain. I mean literally diagnostic medical evidence that meditation of this nature and some of the other ancient types actually healing and generating positive brain function.

Imagine 222 on 2/22/2020 what gifts could it bring...I pray for good health, intelligent mind, and Universal Understanding of each others true selves to become a reality of one with Love and God shinning through our eyes so that we can recognize that we are from the same creation. I was in a meditation group a while back and they had us using chants. It woke me up to a new world! I never knew the impact a chant could have. One I relaxed I felt my soul/energy combine with the sound of the chant and it was as though I became the sound. Its hard to explain but it took me to another level of consciousness. That day changed me. Thanks for these great videos 💜💜

when i first listen to this the "om" part scared me i can feel the fear inside my chest but i take all my courage to listen to this again and again until i can finally feel comfortable listening to the "om" sound, it depicts how we perceive life we are scared to take actions when it's not hurting us it's just how our mind thinks and we have to go beyond the mind and be an observer
