Tabouli salad is the reason I met my husband and one of my favorite salads. It's a simple Mediterranean salad of very finely chopped vegetables, lots of fresh parsley and bulgur wheat, all tossed with lime juice and olive oil! Who's trying it?!

I really appreciate this timely recipe. I’m Lebanese and wanted to find a good tabouli recipe. I’ve only made it a couple times so I don’t have the exact measurements offhand. We’re doing a Lebanese Christmas dinner this year and I’m in charge of tabouli. I’ve made several of your recipes, so I’ve no doubt this is gonna be fantastic. ❤

Hi Suzy, absolutely love your recipes, and watching the videos. I have to ask - what knife do you use, because it's super-super sharp!! You cut through those tomatoes like a hot knife through butter! Love it!!! I have a few chef's knives, absolutely love cooking. I have tried to sharpen them myself, using a honing iron, but my knives just aren't sharp enough. Any tips would be so welcome. Thanks in advance 🥰

Tabbouleh is 💯 Lebanese dish to be specific. It’s Lebanese before being Mediterranean. The only other nation that can claim its origin is Syria, as Syria and Lebanon were one region back at the time when tabbouleh was invented.
