This classic amusement park first opened in 1909 and has been home to the Scenic Railway Rollercoaster since 1932. The park is currently home to a great selection of family and thrill rides with new attractions added every few seasons.
In this vlog we spend the day at the park and take you on board all of the major attractions that make up Great Yarmouth Pleasure Beach. We also share our reviews from the park, check out the 2 new rides for 2017 and much more!

One of my favourites as a kid was the Condor which I think is about where that Reverse Time is now, loved that :-)

Great Yarmouth is a great amusement park which retains a traditional feel. The Coaster, Snail and Fun House are loverly classics.

That Log Flume looked like that the last time I visited in around 1994 or 1995 so I doubt they will be changing the look of the structure - Really miss this place watching your vlogs :-( Need to revisit

great video I have spent 31 years going to great Yarmouth every year and bk in the 1970's my dad work at the pleasure beach on the waltzers for many years . my favourite has to be Mulan ride love it .

wow okay the devil painted on the wall in the ghost train at 15:01 is taken directly from the cover of the Iron Maiden album The Number of The Beast. GYPB could be in some big trouble

I can remember when I was about 7 when the coaster was painted like the Swiss alps and it looked fantastic for the year which was about 75 it's a shame they painted over it!! Love your vlogs XXX

Just watched again shawn love it so much I remember when I was a child the rollercoaster was lit up all along the edges and there was loads of rides it used to be rammed . Thanks for the memories xxx

The scaffolding in the log flume was actually meant to have a mountain themed rock work on the outside of it which would’ve been lovely but unfortunately they couldn’t afford it

Pretty sure in that ghost train that the red devil above one of the doors was ripped straight from Iron Maiden's Number of the Beast (its at 15.00 in)! Ace video as always though!

So excited to come here this July. Managed to encourage my mum to take us as we are staying close to Great Yarmouth for the week. Also encouraged my sister to go on the log flume if it’s open in July. Gonna be fun . Great vlog

The snails do bring back memories of Holiday's to Hemsby, usually visiting GY pleasure beach once or twice in the 2 weeks in Norfolk, took my nephew and nieces a couple of years ago, such a perfect excuse for a 27yo to ride the snails again ;) :)

I remember it being Swiss alps it looked good and the giant outside the snails from Jack and the beanstalk he used to scare me as a child . Such great memories. I still go there now take my daughter on the rides as I did as a child . X

I live right next to the part and honestly.....its not as bad as you think its not really loud (unless there are people who are screaming really loud) and I go to sleep perfectly I seem to forget I live next to a amusement park Edit:thank you for the heart Shawn love you xx

Had my first go on Reverse time on Sunday. Bit disappointing really. It's great to see my local park investing in some brand new rides though. Maybe they can play around with the settings or switch to a less repetitive cycle. The SBF spinning coaster looks as though it is running better now. Spinning a lot more. Hope you enjoyed your time here and you will return in another couple of years 😉

I think you are right about the structure for the Flume ride.. as soon as I saw the video and how the layout is, I tought I have seen that before. So, in Denmark in 2 parks they have that ride too. In Farrup Sommerland and in Djurs Sommerland, in the latter it is themed with #rockwork ... you are also right about that is sad that so many Flumes in the UK are gone. The one in Blackpool pleasure beach is also gone forever. On your tour in Europe you will see and ride many of them I bet.

I've just come back from Great Yarmouth. I did go into Pleasure Beach but I only went on the ferris wheel (cos I was too scared to go on anything else as I am terrified of roller coasters for some weird reason). Anyway, the ferris wheel was cool but Mum (who I was on it with) absolutely hated it. But still, I had a great trip and I hope you enjoyed yourself too. :)

Theme Park Worldwide was absolutely great first time in Spain solou was red hot but that ride oh my days front row was good back row was epic 35 minutes cue line but was well worth it the Ferrari ride 1 shammy b 2nd and taron is now 3rd

When I'm able, Great Yarmouth Pleasure Beach will definitely be one of the first places I go. I've only heard good things about it, but it's so far away from where I live. Never have I thought I'd say I can't wait till I have a driving license. (I'm in the Midlands too so I've done most parks within up to a 2.5 hour driving distance, but never anything further-- The driver of the house isn't too big of a fan, haha. He threw up on G-Force at Fantasy Island.)

Another great vlog i love this channel been watching its for about 3-4years just have to say tho that sky drop there is blomming lethal im not jk i got stuck up there whilest i was on holiday last year and it got stuck when i last went which was around a week or 2 before u just went for this video 😂 However love this park only an hour and a bit away from me 😊😂

They are starting to work on this, they are going to start doing it up later this year, apparently there is meant to be a hotel built into the end of it and a small 4D cinema. Not sure how true it is but it would be nice, you can see on the woody the new wood that they put in recently.
