Hi, I am your host Siddhartha! I have been an entrepreneur from 2012-2017 building two products AddoDoc and Babygogo. After selling my company to SHEROES, I and my partner Nansi decided to start up again. But we felt unequipped in our skillset in 2018 to build a large company. We had known 0-1 journeys from our startups but lacked the experience of building 1-10 journeys.
Hence was born The Neon Show (Earlier 100x Entrepreneur) to learn from founders and investors, the mindset to scale yourself and your company. This quest still keeps us excited even after 5 years and doing 200+ episodes.

The training you get from companies like TCS are enormous. That gives value to be a part of these top companies. But if you continue beyond 5 to 7 years in these companies that are not worthy.

India is the best place to live for these elites because people are poor enough to to work as house help at less than minimum wages. So the poor make it great for the middle class.

Minimum wages 😂😂 go and ask the maids they charge high tech salaries..they send their kids to good schools..save money to buy gold...they have more gold than us..😂 we have apps like URBAN COMPANY who send professional services too ..

All these elite enthusiasts live in a bubble and talk very high about India with unreasonable expectations. the truth about INDIA is that 80croree people deepeend on the goveernment for food, another 40crore dont haave any disposable income or skills, and all the hype is just around the top 10% of india. India is a 10% Reepublic, where these elite people only talk about that crowd

80 crore people free food is for political stunt to gain votes many in this 80 crores are able to produce their own food....i know what you said is totally correct but try to look at greater picture...due to hugh population this problem is going to be there but greater gdp will able for greater foreign investment and many job opportunities.... many people from lower class are now in low middle class.....we so much diversity of people.... it's true that only 10% elite has more money than whole population but this growth is ongoing process.. india will require next 100 years to create western like per capita income so we have be progressive mindset then only it's going to acheviable.......due to so much colonization mindset we were not allowed to think independently and thought western are always superior but it was never like that... india us to contribute 33% of world economy till 7th century then after mugal inversion it was dropped to 25% ...when British came then till independence it was just 4%...so for 1000yrs percecution this was India's state.....we are growing slowly and steadily....we have to be optimistic.... still there is more to come.....i hope you got my point.

Cream of the cream does not come @3 Lakhs. Indian education can be classed broadly in 4 classes. Thanks to our Govt’s to create this class. Students of top tier engineering colleges start with annual package of 8-12 L/ Annum, Tier 2 starts @ 4-7 Lakh (L)/ Tier -3 @3 Lakh/ Annum, Tier -4 becomes self employed as Taxi drivers, Tea sellers or travel abroad as labourers out of which few do extremely well, become millionaires, a fraction becomes billionaires and very few get back India to create jobs and employment, For management the tier -1 starts @12-24 L/ Annum, Tier -2 @ 6-10L/ Annum, Tier -3@3 Lakhs/ Annum & Tier 4 Self employed as insurance advisors & Traders or You tubers.

What is your definition of Cosmopolitan? Night life ? Or you expecting South Indians to accept your English mixed with Hindi - Hinglish or your denial of not accepting the fact that Hindi is not national language. You ask any foreigners. They tell they prefer south than North
