Welcome back and great reaction. Just to clarify, after Yuimetal (the original third member) officially left in October 2018 Su-metal and Moametal chose to continue as a duo. They were not trying to replace Yui at that time. From 2019 through 2021 they were supported by 3 dancers (the Avengers Riho, Kano and Momoko) who would take turns supporting Su and Moa by dancing in the third spot ... they were not new members, they were not given a mic. Riho is now a solo artist, Kano is a member of her own group called @OneFive, Momoko was the Avenger for the last 25 concerts of 2020 and 2021. BABYMETAL returned to play their first live shows in nearly 2 years last weekend - this was where this video was filmed. They sold out the Makuhari Messe (I'm not sure if it was 25k or 30k people) on Saturday and Sunday. Momoko was once again dancing in the third spot (you did not see her in this video, that was Su and Moa of course plus presumably anonymous dancers supporting them (although I think Momoko may have been one of them and I think we also know the identities of 3 of the others). At the end of the Sunday performance Su and Moa walked towards two glass coffins as the finale ... and there was a third coffin with another girl, but she was in silhouette against a bright light so nobody could see who she was. Two more shows were also announced for April 1st and 2nd and the implication was that a new third member will be revealed. Most people think it may be Momoko and there is no doubt she would deserve a place, she has worked hard and done a great job. Two other singles from the album (which will be released on 24th March) were released before 'Metal Kingdom' - none of them have been blocked for any reactors. Look for 'Divine Attack' (lyrics are in the comments) and 'Monochrome' (this is a lyric video so you can read as you watch).

Next concert is in April in Yokohama and you may still be able to get tickets.

Thanks again from Japan 有難う💛。 This video is from Makuhari show on Jan.28 /29 and I believe it was filmed on Day-2. I witnessed both shows. What did I think? More than amazing!😍 Once this opening song got started, I had too much goosebumps and was about to be a real goose 😄. Seriously many of audience were moved to tears or dropped their jaws when the gigantic fox wall opened and the thrones came out. Yeah! I chanted all through the song. Oh oh oh o o o. What a happy experience!! The Kami band was playing on the east stage that was not captured in this video. After this opening, 3 girls performed with Momoko Avenger, one of support dancers. BTW, did you see 3 (not 2) thrones at 04:31 in your video. The 3rd girl is going to be unveiled officially in the next shows in Yokohama on April 1/2. Yes, at last ✌

When you hear Babymetal songs, I think the reason why you think of anime songs is because most of the singers in anime songs are Japan women.😀😀

I saw Grington300 and more fans already informed you about the girls and current status. Here some official info: METAL KINGDOM (THRONE) _It is a powerful anthem ushering in the beginning of a new era while also representing the power and courage to step forward into uncharted territory. The track conveys imagery of one rising powerfully from the throne of silence, with a suitable fanfare announcing this new beginning._ They did it again with this epic anthem as the perfect opener for this new album, prior to this all the tracks were already teased with the full titles, can't wait for Time Wave and Light and Darkness, but so far all the songs sounds really good. SuMetal did a wonderful job with her vocal range in this one and MoaMetal too with her backing chorus. Since YuiMetal left the group officially in 2018, the only front women and official members of this group are SuMetal and MoaMetal, after that year you'll see backup dancers performing with them during live performance but none of them sing or have mic they only dance, but that might be changed this year. Last weekend at Makuhari Messe they made two great live shows returning to the stage after almost two years. and by far they meet up my expectations with this epic live performance and top notch production. SuMetal and MoaMetal showing why they're a queen and princess deserving their thrones. This song was already released a couple of weeks ago audio only, so isn't new but we were expecting this live proshot version although we'll have to wait next month for live sound. There were many news and announcements, probably they will have a new official member (most likely Momoko Okazaki, the one who has been performing with them all these years and latest live concerts) next live shows in April 1 (Fox Day) when returning once again with another headlining shows at PIA ARENA MM Yokohama, so stay tuned for more. I wa at the concert where this was filmed last week, and this video doesn’t do just to how epic it was.

It's 'a' Babymetal anthem. This is their 4th album. Ijime Dame Zettai (No more bullying forever!) and Road of Resistance are definitely anthems. All the songs off the new album have kind of had that feel. Divine Attack and Monochrome are pretty epic songs too. I think Monochrome is going to be the best song when the dust settles. It just gets better.

Nice reaction. The band was there. They put this video together in a hurry. The concert was just last weekend. If you look closely, you do get glimpses of them in the background. This was the opening song. The Majestic return of her Majesties Su and Moa. They had one of the avenger back up dancers with them. She came out after this and joined them. Momoko didn't sing just danced. The second day they hinted at the idea they will add a third member in the next show. Which happens to be April 1st. April fools for us in the US. And Fox Day in Japan. Who will it be? I'm pulling for Momoko to get the job. she's performed with them for 36 shows and counting. Including all 10 of the 10 years of Babymetal shows at the Budokan. Some are hoping it's the return of Yui. That would be extremely hard to cover up these days as she would have to practicing with Su and Moa all this time. While team Babymetal is amazing at keeping their secrets. I think it would be too hard to keep that one secret. It could be someone else altogether. Only the Fox god Knows. No matter what happens we're glad Babymetal is back on stage where they belong.

Welcome back to BABYMETAL and great reaction except for the "anime" reference which is sadly a very common stereotype and we need to take it down. "Metal Kingdom" is the concept album and live show opener. And Yep, Su and Moa are the same from the beginning. And yes, they never replaced Yui officially. But apparently (speculation alert!), they are adding officially a third girl during their next shows on April 1st and 2nd. But OTFGK. 😁

The third girl's name is Yui Mizuno, this is if we consider the classic line-up until 2018. A lot of people hoped that Yui would take part in this album, but apparently not

There has been two previous times I have said Su has never looked and sounded so beautiful to me. 1st was Legend S No Rain No Rainbow. 2nd was Legend M Shine. Now I HAVE to add a 3rd time. Su looked beyond enchanting and sounds amazing. I mean look at 8:58. That Beautiful Death Glare. Moa as always is beautiful and I love her English pronunciation Like I said before her voice is pure warmth. Moa at 8:21 so powerful. What I would have given to be there. I adore both these women. Last week, I attended BABYMETAL's 2DAYS live show and felt that if you listen to the music, it's HEAVY METAL, if you see the stage, it's HAPPY METAL, and to fill in the gap, it's KAWAII😁. If I may say so, I think they became a little cooler 😊. But the cute part was still the same 😁. The live started with this song. I sang it loudly 😁. It was so much fun 😁. The live show was even more powerful😁I think the live sound video will be even better😊I'm looking forward to March.
