Yeah whats the incentive for BSG as a company to spend time (and more importantly - MONEY) on developing DLCs when they know fully damned well that the majority of their playerbase is gonna get it for free? It just money down the drain for them. They shoulda removed EoD when the game got popular, and replaced it with some other version didnt have free DLC included..

I have heard from very first alpha players that pve option was already in alpha and later removed, meaning that they already had working feature. So really half assed attempt from bsg. They added only PMC AI. Ai mods on SpT are far superior according to lot of folks.

And it cant be offline unless its solo. When its co op its gonna be online regardless if one of the players is the server or bsg is the server, unless the players do it in LAN.

You will definitely not be able to play a live service game after it "dies". At least I will be able to play tarkov SP(and coop) on any version with as many mods as I want even if BSG shuts down next week.

Noticed how much better the loot is? The devs captured the loot rates and it's all set by default to the same 'default' settings Nikita was using without modification. I keep finding LedX, AESA, etc in all the places the Wiki says they spawn, I don't have to run 30 raids to fine one of each item. The mere fact I can open an air drop and find the needed tank battery is incredible. This showed Nikita has been using match making streams (priority queues) and dynamically modifying the loot tables based on your current quests/hideout.

@@Rexhunterj I picked the game up a couple months ago after not playing for awhile. It was unplayable with the vacuum hacks. Cheaters take all that stuff before you have the chance to find it and leave the game. If you hit the little ~ key you can watch it happen.

PvE is awsome, my friends are actually playing the game with me now and there are no cheaters. win-win

​@Rexhunterj the reason you could never find the high tier loot is because there is at least 1 cheater every raid. You don't see them most of the times because they run straight there then dip so they don't get banned. Most of these issues with quest is because of cheaters. The game is infested with weirdos like that

If the stats, inventory, stats,level etc if your PMC where saved locally it would be super easy to change the values and basically play pve modded-edited in the official PvE servers.

@@George_Rakkas not a bad point but I'm almost certain theres alot easier ways to incorp this with an offline raid structure just using parameter checks each side of a raid (or if god forbid they had a competent anti-cheat). Tbh although its not the best response, it also kind of doesn't matter? You're only impacting your own personal experience (or at most you and your friends) not that of others, I think they're running up massive bills for no reason
