Berk 7 IKR people think pole dancing is all about people being strippers when it's just a style of dance. I honestly think it's amazing how flexible she is. Dance is a type of art and people tend to sexualize it or something.

@@applepi1782 look it up dance poles do spin/rotate but there is a chance shes using a static pole. To make the dance pole rotate or spin you do have to use leg strength. this isn't a hate comment by the way

I remember when I was 7 years old, I loved pole dancing, I thought it was so graceful and beautiful. I told my mum I wanted to take lessons when I turned 17. I'm 17 now, and not enrolled in lessons, but damn, this video reignited my interest. Such incredible choreography too!

I didn’t even know about pole dancing when I was seven. In 5th grade me and my friend were swinging ourselves around the swing poles cause it was kinda fun. My friend Ella (I’m not using her real name) called us gross cause apparently “that’s what strippers do”. Now I wanna learn for fun. I don’t know how to tell my mother I want to learn a “stripper’s dance.” I wonder what the minimum age is for beginners classes

@@jadenh7586 well, when I was 7 and first found out about pole dancing, my family had just moved across the world to Australia, and we had no money except for what we used to get on our feet. I knew we didn't have the money, so I decided I'd wait until we definitely did so I could start learning. Plus, the only association anybody in my family had with it was strippers, and I was pretty confident they wouldn't appreciate a 7 year old on a pole when they only thought of it as a way to sell your body

There are several products that will help you with wet hands, it can take a little to find out what works for you. As far as weak hands and wrist, you will develop strength and a lot of it!

Some people use this one called Sticky Grip (Monkey Hands), I know there's also this one called Girlie Grip that I used to use- its an anti-perspirant, and I have super sweaty palms. The popular go-to is Dry Hands, I haven't tried it before so I can't vouch.

She is amazing. My teen daughter started doing Pohl dancing after doing Aerial arts for five years. She’s also studying dance. I’m so happy I can share this video with her to inspire her. My guess is that this woman has been doing this for at least 10 years. At least that is the expertise level that she has, so she’s done it less than 10 years, my hat goes after.

This is so inspiring. I actually do pole dancing and whenever I tell people they always say something along the lines of: “oh so you want to become a stripper?” I don’t want people to immediately associate pole dancing with stripping because it’s the art of using your body to do amazing things and create art. This is what I want to be able to do eventually.

All forms of dance, including pole dancing, is another form of art that deserves just as much respect as any other art. Only a true artist who is passionate about their craft puts this level of time, commitment, and hard work into making their performance as seamless, and beautiful as possible. Even if pole dancing isn't your personal forte, these artists still deserve respect for the work they put in.
