When I was 45 I decided to beat my fear of water and drowning, and learn to swim. I booked some 1 to 1 swimming lessons and spent five months messing about in the water. Hey presto she worked out my problem. Water in my eyes. So with goggles at the ready I got all my badges. I will never be a confident swimmer but if I was going down with the ship, I know how to float. Haha

Sue, it's hard to believe you are not in shape after having and raising all those children! You are a very strong woman both physically and mentally. Compete because you want to, not because you have to prove anything to anybody, especialy Noels. He already knows you are a winner!

I’m having my 4th baby in April I have had 12 pregnancy’s most ended around 10 weeks. I’m getting older my ma comes from a family of 16 brothers and sisters, so I absolutely adore keeping up with your family. I feel now that I’m older this pregnant is hard I often think if my Gran could do it and you can do it I’m gonna be fine, I’m 25 almost 26 weeks and worried I’m going to go into labor, but you give me encouragement. I enjoyed watching way before this pregnancy and will after 💕 thanks for sharing with all of us

I'm 65 and have 5 grown children and yes your arms are in good shape from carrying those babies but your back whoa, I don't do the treadmill instead I walk 2 miles a day just around where I live but I had to start slow I also lean on my bureau and do leg lifts as to get on the floor and try to get back lol well you know what I mean I had I'm in pretty good shape but the simple things are harder keep going Sue just be easy on yourself and listen to your body even 10 minutes on the treadmill once a day working up at your own pace you will do great. Love you and your Family and enjoy your videos so much.
