Shaan is the real deal. I had the same experience as him, I felt abandoned by the system. I spent my life savings on doctors, therapists, retreats, supplements, weird diets, and medications. Nothing worked, only made me fall deeper. I feel blessed to have come across his content. I found him in February of 2023 by chance. The algorithm decided I needed to see him. Today I consider myself fully recovered and once you get here consciously, you know you’ll never fall back.

I know how you feel sister. Been going through it since November 2022. Started feeling better then the death of my brother set me back. It's just emotions over flowing and your nervous system dysregulated. The objective for majority is try to do something everyday that makes you happy. That will require your brain and regulate your nervous system. Just be mindful that this is temporary and will pass.

My anxiety started with insomnia. The internet convinced me I was going to die from lack of sleep or hallucinate and hurt myself or someone. Then I was convinced that I was going to become manic and be sent to a mental hospital. I’d like to report now that I’m on the recovery journey and doing so much better thanks to Shaan and his team

I remember when I was 20 I went through my first breakup. Had anxiety for about a year, eventually it just ended, and I had no idea how I came out of it. Started having panic attacks last month, but since I found Shaan's videos, I can tell things for me are getting extremely better, haven't had an attack for about a week. Acceptence was the best thing I could have ever done.

i think whatever Shaan says is really in line with my goals in mental health. the mainstream narrative surrounding anxiety disorders including GAD and OCD is about managing and coping with them. it is honestly very despairing and may i say traumatising. it is like a life sentence being placed on me and there is nothing i could do to recover and be the person i envision for myself. It is as if i have lost myself, and like Shaan said, being "abandoned by the system."

I think there is some valuable information in this approach but I can’t reconcile the anti coping talk with the acronym AWARD from free ebook where the second A stands for action which involves “getting comfortable” and “releasing tension.” Sounds like coping tools to me. What am I missing? Thank you

Hi, yes!! I had severe panic attacks and anxiety, i got tingling sensations in my whole face, i got twitches it felt as my nerves was moving. I got cramps in my ankles. I went to the doctors and did a whole investigation with tests and nothing was wrong. Its anxiety that causes those tinglings and twitches.

@@pratiushadhikarii ofcourse, we always worry and think the symptoms we get are the cause for our anxiety, but the symtoms are just an effect of the real cause which is anxiety. When you stop being scared and start accepting everything it will eventually slowly go away. I usually think like this ”i want my anxiety to come, let it come so i can find ways to accept the feeling and conquer it”. When i think that i want the anxiety or panic to come, it doesnt come anymore. I hope this helps!!
