I wanted to share my interview with Jovan, who fell back into the anxiety cycle twice.
Jovan managed to initially get over his anxiety symptoms, but fell back in during the pandemic. Now, he was able to recover consciously, while knowing the exact steps to recovery. He shares the mindsets and focus you need to overcome your symptoms and get to long term freedom.
I hope this inspires you that recovery is possible and that this channel is one step in the right direction toward your healing.

This story was absolutely helpful to me. I noticed a dramatic change in my anxiety once I caught on to how Jovan explained the subconscious trying to interact with the conscious. I was also understanding of the fact that I had to let the subconscious communicate with me a be ok with it communicating. And I had to accept the negative self talk from my subconscious even though it was negative. This was huge for me because it was hard to accept that this was my subconscious trying to get my attention this way and I had to accept the negative intrusive thoughts even though they were negative. This is counter intuitive for me as I am used to trying to transmute or solve things! You have to simply let these things enter your conscious attention and let them dissipate, they are already in your subconscious. And this is a key thing! The negative thoughts are already in your subconscious so trying to brush them off or be offended by them only amplifies their meaning in your subconscious. The way the subconscious works is it keeps stuff that you show sensitivity towards then dishes it back at you. So saying I hate a negative thought only tells my subconscious to store this negative thought for later because it needs to be presented again until I get over it. {{A crazy thing to grasp but it is how the subconscious works}} o yeah also I found there are similarities with people who have anxiety and it is the characteristic of curiosity. I think what happens is curious is an attention grabber and so is anxiety so be careful of letting your mind curiously wonder off into your what if filled anxiety thoughts.

Could you explain in simpler words of how subconscious works?

@@AhmadTalkss From your point of view you have a head. On your left hand is your logic and on your right hand is your subconscious. So on your left brain is your conscious and your right brain is your subconscious Your subconscious is your emotions and imagination. Your logic is your thinking and waking state; and math.

Hey Shaan, Can you make a video about ‘POTS’ created by the sensitive nerves system? No one really talks about it. And I think a lot of people struggle with it. I have a genarelized anxiety disorder for 2.5 years now. And I’m on my way to recover. But I have this heart rate increase of 30/40+ while standing since like a year with the chronic fatique caused by the anxiety The heart rate isn’t increased while standing because I fear it, or that I constantly check my heart rate. I just found out about pots like a month ago, didn’t even know it existed and I tought it was normal🙃 Hopefully we get an video about pots and how it’s created duo to the sensitive nerves system for some relieve for others as well. Keep it up with the videos! (I didn’t get officially diagnosed with pots, just my heart rate increases to 120/110/100 while standing.)

@@anxiety_recovery really nice! First I was worried that I have life time pots. Now I calmed myself down that it’s just the nerves system and that it will be gone ones I fix my anxiety/nerves system. Hopefully I can get some extra relief/insights about your video about pots. Looking forward!

You can’t say you have pots until you go do a tilt table test to prove it. Heart rate natural goes up for a period of time then goes down again. I thought the same thing but you can’t go down rabbit holes without a diagnoses.

That's the annoying part... most of my symptoms are explained by anxiety, but I don't know of anyone having inner thigh pain like I do. Maybe it's nerve damage caused by the results of anxiety or chronic stress... but no one I ever heard of has ad this problem. So that's a little discouraging.

Peter I hope you see this. It absolutely is caused by a hypersensitive nervous system. In fact, the newest research is showing that most chronic pain IS! Please go watch the KZfaq channel Pain Free you- very similar to Shaan but focuses on chronic pain. You’ll learn how it works and I hope it gives you hope, as well as calms you down to know that it’s very common- a sensitized nervous system can cause pain anywhere, and the more attention and fear we give it, the longer it stays.

In other words, as you apply this knowledge, your nervous system will calm, which will also get rid of your pain! You will be ok:) good luck

@@peterwu8471I have this too + a lot of pelvis/ lower abdomen pain/cramping/numbness/tingling/burning etc etc... which also go hand in hand with intrusive thoughts which creates panic! No one talks about it but at this point it's def just muscle tension and clenching when anxious/stressed. I noticed today that I had the same feeling in my neck/shoulder but that didn't scare me so it went away. The lower body ones scare me so they persist but the same principles apply!!

Do u get shortness of breath when u walk up the stairs
@MrYouthfist18
@MrYouthfist18 Жыл бұрын
The first step is ensure that u are ok health wise. Get checked out by a doctor. Trust me, it’s the first step. Once you have been cleared, you need to sit down, and close your eyes, and tell yourself that you are ok, and don’t matter how much the pain or chest sensations come, nothing is wrong with you. You are afraid because you think something is actually wrong so getting cleared by a doc helps. The second reason your anxiety spikes is because you are afraid of your inability to handle it should it get worst. A technique is to demand more of it, face it head on. Don’t let sensations dictate how you feel. Demanding more will spike anxiety, but after a few minutes, the fear subsides and you will come to the realization that, it’s just a sensation.
