anyone who thinks there's nothing interesting going in the Utah desert has clearly never camped there way far out in Escalante National Monument and been woken up at 3 AM (this is just an estimate, I had no clock on me) by unnatural-sounding feminine singing when you're 99% certain there isn't anyone camping close to you (and frankly they'd need a microphone to sing that loud), and then the next day you encounter some strange naked people walking around on all fours way up a canyon (with again, no signs of a nearby camp, almost like they must just be living in the old cliff dwellings), who just stare at you somewhat menacingly from a distance and make you feel really uncomfortable (no, I don't know if these two things are related, and no, I don't know if they were Skinwalkers or whatever tf, or just weird hippie nudists)

if it had been a cougar, the other two who heard it also probably would've wanted to investigate (bc I'm guessing at least one of them has never heard one before, and would think it was an actual person in distress), but as it was, it was just...really eerie, and we all kind of agreed we wanted no part in whatever was happening. Also, at least the way I remember it, it went on kind of long for any kind of animal call (except maybe coyotes, but there's no way a coyote could sound like this), like it wasn't just a single powerful yowl or screech (although, given it's been a long time, and I was pretty freaked out by it, I may be remembering it lasting for longer than it actually did, but I feel like it stretched on close to a minute)

Got some stephen king vibes from this one. Like it could be a crazy story, with an alive town with characters from young to old written from all their different perspectives and making this road the common thread. Maybe even some stupid teenagers trying to investigate and betting each other to go there. Eventually leading to missing kids which would give a sincere motivation for the father to go looking for his kid which finally reveals to the reader whats happening over there. Instead of just randomly turning to a dangerous road with no motivation. You could keep the book exciting with storylines from these differently aged characters and keep it scary with ghostly encounters near the village. For example, some nights you can see a figure walking that has been taken by the road in the past. Like the dessertroad sort of keeps the victims souls trapped in the dessert... It could even be a movie with a low budget but a hell of a story!

I lived in Vernal,Utah for years by the skin-walker ranch and in Layton and Salt Lake City. There was so many weird things going on all over Utah. It’s the most bizarre and inexplicable place I’ve ever lived with a sort of heavy soft air that weighs down on you with a feel of the unexplainable and a fear anywhere you are.Oddly enuf you get used to that foreboding soft air on you body so used to it you don’t notice it tell you leave the state and then feel it slowly retreat back almost like claws being torn a back leaving cuts deep into your soul then a clarity comes to you that the blanket of supernatural that you were covered in has subsided.A most beautifully hidden unhinged unseen lives out in that desert Im not sure what it is but it is the most supernatural place I’ve ever lived…..and I loved every singularly scary unknown minute of it.

I've been listening to your videos in the background while I draw and the way you get into character and actually portray how those in the story feel with just a simple change in tone or accent is brilliant! It pulls me into the story in a way that, to be honest, I just don't get with other creepypasta readers. I find myself zoning out less when it comes to your readings and actually being able to react to what happens in the story which is honestly a good thing since it means I don't sink into my work as much as I would if I were listening to anything else. This video is paused for me at the moment but guaranteed I'll be listening to this (and other videos I missed during that one time I lost wifi) while I draw later tonight! Keep up the awesome work dude!!

333rd comment here, I keep encountering the numbers 333, strange. In my town in Louisiana we have a abandoned school that supposedly closed due to multiple kids going missing due to a janitor taking and harming them and the school is very creepy both day and night. It always smells like sulphur and you hear strange moaning coming out of the dark. Well as a retired law enforcement officer I looked into it and pretty quickly I determined that no one ever went missing and the school closed due to low enrollment and the smell and moaning are from the cattle that are kept in the field around the old school. I have been in the school at night and I was quite scared due to snakes, rats and very smelly cows. Most towns scary places can be explained, most but not all !

This one needs a follow up. What happens when you go down the road. Also, this has to have been the 1990s because today, satellite imagery would show you where the road went.

You are by far the best voice for this on KZfaq man. There's only a couple I follow bc most are impossible to listen to lol. The first one I heard you narrate was the one where they guy looking into the future to prevent the insect apocalypse, found out he himself did it. That is always going to be the character I associate your voice with, it was so perfect for that role.

Bro u deserve more listeners. I have never tuned in to any narrator regardless of their following aside from you and let's read. I don't get bored. I can really picture out what you are narrating and I listen to you from start of my working shift till I log out. I am even afraid that I'll run out of your stories :(((((( You will never be boring. I think, it's a talent and gift than a skill.

The bridge is like three miles out, why not just build something on the road? Or make a ditch a bit closer to town? Be easier than constantly dealing with people getting pulled in and murdering their families.
