All of these things are spiritual. You are most likely correct being that is was sleep paralysis (scientifically speaking) but spiritually, demonic forces are what paralyze people. I have experienced this first hand and I'm sure you also but for me, the only thing that caused them to flee was calling out the name Jesus Everytime. There have been times when they knew I was trying to call out the name Jesus and they would try to prevent that from happening but Jesus every single time saved me. He literally saves you!!!

@@ShiningBright777 that's an interesting but a very debatable pov. i've had several episodes of sleep paralysis as well and i am a religious person like you. however, i am Hindu and therefore i chant protective mantras during the episode to break free. till today, i'm not sure if it's purely spiritual or if it has a psychological explanation to it. i see it as my mind being able to break free from the paralysis due to my faith in my religion which might've made me feel stronger in that moment. so, it is still a very much debatable topic for me.

I’ve noticed it mainly an American thing . I live in the UK and no one is from “Africa” or the “carribbean “ countries are more so always specified . I’m not sure why there’s that difference ? Maybe we have more recent african immigrants . Like I’m first generation Brit born so my parents migrated from Nigeria about 20+ years ago. (Lol just told you my life story )

When we say “ get better with age “ do we mean like getting out of those old ways of thinking and dating... like are they ready to settle down , are they ready for something serious , are they willing to date up instead of down and etc. like what is there to gain from dating an older man... cuz I hear women say they want to learn from their man , they want someone that knows what they want , Ho is comfortable in their field and with the amount of money their making but not necessarily rich... stuff like that
