+Ashley Christina I actually think she is wrong about the guy who is out of work. If the guy was a bum he would have no problem giving up the job interview for a cruise that his gf already paid for. As for not having a job for 3 years maybe the girl means he doesnt have steady work. A lot of people get contracts or temporary work but cant get a permanent job.

If they are always hiring, that means they go through potential employees like you choosing some product/butter in the store. Announcement on the news in my country: "The government and the industry have created more job openings than last year". But they forget to mention, in order for those 100 job openings to come free they fired 2000 people who did their work to perfection. And here you're saying Walmart and MCDonald are ALWAYS hiring. To. Sr definitely POPULARIZED it. Nobody was saying it to the extent we are now BEFORE Tamar came on the scene with it on BFV. Now everyone from Wendy Williams to everyone on tv is saying it. Tamar popularized it. There was even an article written about it and her huge reality TV influence and popularizing these terms, a while ago...from a major news mag.

When Tamar spoke on the guy on a 3 year "vacation" she was spot on. When she said he cant find a job while he's waiting on his (possible) job, I couldn't have agreed more. She was SUPERB quick-witted and so timely. She didn't stumble, have to think etc... just so fast with it ( I love that) and absolutely RIGHT. That was the best answer of ALL time.

I just love this segment.🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽 Great advice Tay Tay especially with the second girl. I kind a find it weird he got the job interview the day of the cruise. I mean, it can happen, but 3 years and all of a sudden he got a *possible* job interview the day of the cruise, note the word *possible* not a sure thing. 3 years unemployed tho, was he sick?, is he an ex convict, did he get handicapped from doing another job? #theybothtriedit

Hi. The guy has been looking for 3 years. He didn't give up, his partner respects that and supports him and wants to treat him to a well deserved vacation. Finding work is a full time job 24/7. If you disagree, go talk to someone who is unemployed or better yet, an official instance. I dare you to go to those people and tell them "Looking for a job is a vacation". And telling them this scenario. I don't know, if you will still live after that. Just saying. I mean, someone that has been applying for jobs, 3 years or more knows that out of the blue they can call/invite you. You could be in any situation at that time. So, he has the chance to get the job and instead of saying "I"ll be there" you rather have him say "Nah, I can't cause I'm going on a vacation, my girlfriend already paid for it". What do you think the reaction of the recruiter is going to be?! They don't give an f, you know. Have a great day! :)

The first girl didn't try it. I call that being a good friend. Whenever I find out that a man that I'm interested in has a female "best friend", I look in the other direction because I don't have time for any bullshit to pop up. Sorry not sorry.
