The thing that hurts the worse is she deserved so much better but I’ve realized it waaay to late. In the beginning it was all me, chances after chances. It wasn’t until she was gone that I realized I was suffering from something that never had to do with her but something I’ve been missing as a child and it was attention. Growing up with no mom or no dad affected me more then I realized. And it wasn’t until I got into a meaningful relationship before I realized it but I just couldn’t right my wrongs by then. And the part that hurts the worse is that on top of hurting her and losing her I have to see my kids pay the ultimate price for my actions. As men we just don’t hold each other accountable.
