my parents who are older and didnt google the reviews for this recently got this microwave/over combo because it does look very nice. Let me WARN YOU, you will hate yourself for buying this. Ive used the microwave about 10 times now and it takes soo long to start the microwave. Everytime you use it, you have to wait for the logo to display with an annoying chime (chime cannot be muted!!) then 4 more button presses and one more chime sound before it will start. The display is slow and not responsive also. You're welcome. We are working to return the product now.

Hi there. Are there updates to this line of ovens in 2023? I’m not finding the deluxe option, it just seems like maybe it is standard now? And does the double oven with steam on top d come with different door swings? Thanks!

John Carey, please help. Recently took deliver of mc30wp and it is AWFUL. Purchased from Bedminster loc. Specific issue are the sounds and volume that cannot be tamed (even at lowest setting). I’ll be in touch with your team but comment back so we can talk. Please.

Super unhappy with our pro series microwave oven/oven combination. I found another review elsewhere by someone with the same complaints and spent a long time on the phone with a friendly customer service rep at Thermador. Our conclusion is that the digital interface is one big software design mess. We called our salesman for help. He will be checking to see what it will cost to replace the microwave oven with the speed oven. This is a $2400 fix out of our pocket. I will be test driving the speed oven control features before investing more money. After recently dropping over $30k into a full suite of Thermador appliances for our kitchen remodel, we are devastated.

Over 9 months now since we ordered a Thermidor speed oven. We did a kitchen renovation, and there is a big hole where the oven should be. We have called and sent multiple emails to the company to inquire about the status and...nothing. No response. We paid thousands for it in January. We understand Covid delays, but this Is just not right.

Have you had any issues with the Thermador side door wall oven?

So another week has gone by, no Thermador speed oven that we ordered and paid for about 9 months ago. Are you still producing them? Are you letting your customers know they are basically no longer available or that they could wait for 9 months or longer to receive it? Shouldn’t you take down all advertising for this product since the order may or may not ever be fulfilled?
