Hi Marisa. All my Life I’ve never felt enough. A mother who didn’t know how to love and abusive stepfather, and two sisters who were constantly ridiculing me. I am a very anxious person. When I go to get my annual mammogram I am a basket case. I worry all the time. It consumes me. My doctor recommended me to go to a mental health clinic. My husband believes in me more than I believe in myself. He says it’s ridiculous what the doctor recommended, just because of my anxiety. Is there something that I can do to help me through this anxiety that I have? I tell myself daily that I am enough it doesn’t seem to be working maybe because I don’t believe in myself. Anything you can help me with I would deeply appreciate it. Thank you!❤️

Hi Marisa, I’ve been attempting to join your RTT training course team for 2 months now. I received my acceptance letter in June but now after sending my 22-1999 and needing for a small section to be filled out and returned back to me, the rep is now saying you all don’t accept GI BILL as form of payment. That’s unfortunate. Is there another course similar that accepts veteran payment?

I am confused about meaning of "I am enough". Like does it mean that I m enough or capable of getting whatever I want ?? Hey Marisa, can you tell me it's meaning ??
@GirlsDiary12
@GirlsDiary12 3 жыл бұрын
Hello, I'm not the best person to say this. But as i understand, i am enough is that you already have everything you want (mentally and physically) to get what you want. Be it a relationship or a new job. If you feel enough, you wouldn't feel insecure in your relationships. Because you know you're already the person your partner wants. If you feel enough you wouldn't feel insecure in your job. Because you already know that you're doing very well in your job. You don't question yourself like, did i do it right, is this happened because I'm like this. No you don't question yourself like that because you KNOW that you already are the person you want to be. You don't compare yourself to another and think that person is better than me and i don't have what he/she has. Hope this helps! Goodluck!

Hi marisa, you talk of when you were little of how "you thought you were not pretty enough, you were different" What if you were told you were ugly, you were different? As, a child I was bullied for being mixed race, tall, and told I was ugly... So Ive been "Told" I was different, a freak and ugly... Then being in secondary school I constantly compared myself to all the popular, pretty people who had all the attention and everyone revered... I cannot see past it because I didn't make it up in my head people told me I was all these bad things...
