The pacing thing is SO important. I loved what you said about how we’ll often burn ourselves out on satisfying our ego. It’s easy to forget that ego isn’t just about comparing ourselves to others, but even to ourselves. Great video as always!

These are very clear 3 steps to get me going, I am procrastinating as we speak, so great timing Jack hahah. But I think I can execute these 3 tasks. Roadmaps are really important! Not knowing what to do stops me from doing anything at all. So I’ll get on that soon enough. Thanks for the tips Jack I think they’ll come in handy in the very near future :))
