In today's PvP Challenge, link & Rargh have 2 hours to act as ironmen. But there is a catch, during our progression we are allowed to go for certain keys that unlock chests that contain random gear. We also MUST chase certain keys for food chests, which will be our only method for getting food in the fight. Then we FIGHT!

Looks like a solid idea, think getting rid of some (not all) of the junk items would make this a bit better, seems like there's way too much bad food for example.

Yea I think challenge should consist of adamant and up, green dhide and up, and then whatever on the magic stuff. Idk if they could modify the randomizer to only have those items. But that’s what I would do.

@@dankflowgenetics It is possible, but it requires manually adding each level req to every single item as the gear reqs are not attached to the database that the info is being pulled from. It is something we plan to do

Id like to see you guys run this back.. maybe increase the time an hour and allow a spin per key drop.. and if youre worried about someone camping just 1 monster, make it so you cant get back to back of the same key. In other words if you get a pirate key, you have to get a diff key in order to spin for the pirate key. Idk, i think that would be a great vid 🤷🏼‍♂️

Random idea to maybe incorporate into a pvp, can only use gp from items you high alch. Start with rune axe and pick maybe and unlimited high alchs. Can’t sell anything only high alch stuff you get. Maybe incorporate some tasks or certain items to obtain for spins in the randomized for items you still need and didn’t get as a drop? Or not the options or kinda endless, set whatever time you’d want to

Loved this idea! Would suggest you include appropriate runes/ammo for randomizer weapons to even it out with melee weapons. Might also consider forcing a certain amount of keys to avoid just making money and ignoring the randomizer altogether strat but that could always just be an unwritten rule.

Would love a series implementing this new chest system. Maybe something like every unique boss drop or items equals a chest spin or certain gp value drops call for more items per chest. Just an idea but im really missing the multi episode series.

Idea, super rng ish. Have 1 hour (or 2) to kill whatever monsters you want 3 total will be used at end. Rarest item from each monster (like 1/128) so on. The whatever numbers the rareness of all 3 items then divide by 10 is how many spins you get on randomizer. Meaning you wanna make sure you get your items but taking the risk at some monsters for the huge 1/2000 drops is super worth the try

If you guys can adjust the pool the randomizer pulls from you should remove duplicates that are just cosmetic differences. There are a ton of bronze run addy steel cosmetic items

It was a 1 key limit, otherwise you'd just grind out the easiest key repeatedly instead of hunting different keys.

You guys gotta start doing these where Link gets half hte time limit, kuz his RNG is so good that he coulda had 45 minutes in this and easily outgeared, so maybe rargh gets 3 hours link gets 2 or 1 and half would make the fights more interesting. kuz i've watched so many of these vids and like 20% of the time rargh bearly outgears link and like 20% of the itme they're about even then like 60% of the time link outgears rargh and alot of the time he out gears him by a ton, and sometimes its like 2 hours in and rargh has hardly anything then it cuts to link 5 minutes in and he has 2 like bis he can get items, its insane.

Glad to see a mixture of the Randomiser and ironman rules/shops! Great ep and always good to see link win! ;) An idea for another ep: both of you have a t bow and backpack/range cape and 200 dragon arrows each. No time limit and you can kill anything. Each 100k made is a spin on the randomiser. All shops and killing are allowed. Thoughts??

The fact the keys arent required to get makes this less fun for me to watch as you can get lucky on the first and then just gaurentee okay gear afterwards, giving it a decent chance one person is just going to steam roll as they have had to go with less RNG.
