I appreciate how they are aim it towards the older audience members. The creators understand that the children who grew up watching the show, are now adults. And thats something rare to see in shows, it warms my heart. We grew up watching a show that ended up growing up itself. Sorry, I'm baked as Cake the cat🐈🐈🐈

3:34 i think that universe might be a role swap between PB and Ice King, where Ice King is the put together ruler while PB (or whoever that may be) is the crown corrupted person fawning over the Ice King similarly to the og Ice King with PB (hence the posters of the alt version of him)

As for the 3rd image, I think we can make sense of it. Considering Ice King, the Ice Elemental was obsessed with and constantly trying to kidnap Pb, the candy elemental, it's probably in reverse in this universe, which would explain all the posters of this world's Ice elemental.

The problem I see with theorists analyzing these images is that they always assume everything is in only one world when it was confirmed that it will be a multiverse story. Multi-verse, many worlds. Take this, 2:42, for example, even though they're both a variant of Huntress Wizard, the one with Fionna is clearly a man without a nose, meaning he's more likely from Fionna's world aka Genderbent World, while the second one has the iconic farmworld nose, which makes it more likely that Huntress Wizard Variant is from Farmworld or some other world.

I really can’t wait to see just how far the push the art for this show. When Distant Lands first came I already noticed the art evolution from the Show itself and even then they had moments where you could tell where the budget went like those times where sometimes something magical would have this weird smooth pencil sketch look to it

I personally didn't like Distand land's art style. It looked like Craig of the creek to me. Cadebra's eyes or Spader's lips, for example, stood out very noticeably. Adventure time did evolve over the years ( just look at season 1 Jake ), but it felt less like a better version of the old art style and more like the creator let storyboard artists from others shows to draw the characters and didn't correct them. Or at least I think so, I don't know how it works. Asides from that I loved the mini series. It was fun. English isn't my first langauge. I hope it make sense.

@@redpanda6497 To me, Distant Lands looked pretty much identical to the original show, save for Marceline and PB, who only looked slightly different, and I didn't dislike it, it was only very slightly different. Even still the original show did look quite different episode to episode sometimes (and I'm not talking about the guest animator episodes).

@redpanda6497 I get what you're saying about the character designs, and tbh I do somewhat agree. I know the designs in the original run could vary depending on storyboard artists, but the Distant Land designs weren't ones we'd seen before and I think it was kind of distracting (I haven't minded as much on rewatches though)

So now I’m convinced that 3:31 depicts a reality where instead of the ancient Ice Elemental (Master Evergreen), an ancient Candy Elemental imbued the crown with the same sort of wishing powers Master Evergreen did in his universe, resulting in a crown that corrupts its wearer with candy elemental magic. You can clearly see this Candy Wizard is completely obsessed over Ice Princess, having her picture plastered all over the wall. The crown also gave Simon pointy teeth so this checks out as well. The massive pink hairdo might allow for flight. Also the drums and piano are both percussive instruments, Ice King was a drummer …see the patterns yet?

I see the patterns, although...the candy elemental is a female and the Ice Princess is an Ice Prince if we go by the fact that its a world where the crown grants candy powers...then it likely means Ice Prince is the Ice Elemental and this Candy Elemental is either a version of Betty or is just a random girl from before the mushroom bomb who got the crown and became a candy elemental

Definitely because this world's Ice Queen/Princess looks completely sane, she's ice skating flawlessly and looks completely normal in those pictures whereas the Candy elemental looks the opposite. I think it's so cool that there's an AU where they switched roles, where Simon is the natural candy element and the candy elemental is just a random girl who found the crown which drove her insane.

If I had to throw a guess 1st pic: Takes place in Fiona's normal world. That's human Hunter Wizard 2nd pic: Takes place in Evil Marcy's World, hard to gather any real info off of that pic 3rd pic: If I had to guess, that world with crazed candy lady is a world Urgence Evergreen was a candy elemental instead of an ice elemental. Essentially that world's "modern Ooo" has an insane Candy Queen who obsesses over an Ice Prince. A good ol role reversal of Princess Bubblegum and Ice King. Heck it could be that candy lady is that worlds version of Betty. 4th pic: The goth behind the counter is Human Lord Monochromocorn. I think this may hint that the we'll get regular check ups to Fiona's world with their gender bent cast dealing with whatever multiversal damage is happening to their world.

I think the 3rd image is showing a world with a swap of roles! It's the "Candy Queen" and the "Ice Prince" (maybe Prince Permafrost or another term for ice/snow) instead of Ice King and Princess Bubblegum The Candy elemental has: Wild Hair (like the Ice King's beard) AND a Musical Instrument (like Ice Kings Drumset) Plus She seems crazy about princes like Ice King's princess obsession

I agree, to me it look like a universe where PB and the Ice King SWAP roles. Also I think the kingdoms are at war with each other, prab due to that fact that the Ice Prince (in image 3) turned down the Candy Queen so has in retaliation she starts a war against him.

I'm just expecting that there will a catalyst that will cause Fiona's original dimension to collapse (maybe because of Simon?) and that it'll be mostly dimension hopping and meeting other variants of popular characters. I think the two Huntress Wizards are both different ones as well. Very excited tho, can't wait to be surprised!

you were right about it being Huntress Wizard...but no, its HUNTER WIZARD, its the Fiona & Cake genderbent version in a world without magic the one we see fighting marceline is a magic-less huntress wizard also I think...the candy elemental, its a world where instead of the Ice Crown giving Ice Powers, its Bubblegum's crown giving Candy Powers so the Ice King we see is this worlds Ice Elemental, its not Patience...while the Candy Elemental is just somebody who got those powers from the crown

I was going to theorize, but the more I look at the images, the harder it is to really place them with what we've seen in the trailer. And the Hunter Wizard we see here (if that's who it is) looks too big to be the same person we see shooting a garlic-tipped arrow, even if they share similar facial features. I wouldn't be surprised if they're from different universes, we have to think that we're going to see multiple versions of characters, not just the one gender-bent. So there could be at least 4 or 5 Hunter/ess Wizards or Jakes or Princess Bubblegums.

4th pic is likely to be lord Monochromicorn. White hair, a black outfit, and a horn on his head or his hood. Everything seems to indicate that he is Monochromicorn. Plus, he is wearing glasses, I don't recall any pics of lady wearing glasses tho, but her parents do have glasses and those glasses surely look good on him. The whole concept is so cool, I am excited to watch the series when it is aired ;>>

I think the person in the candy store at the counter could be one of jake pups as a human gender bend but I don't know how that would work besides that there not the pups (or kittens tenically) in that universe and i think something about that has to do with how the pups age faster than all the other people in adventure time. I'm also wondering what ladys gender bend is going to be in the no magic OOO :D

Dude. The new Princess Bubblegum is clearly in a universe where everyone’s alignments were switched. PB is now deranged and crazy, taking the place of classic Ice King, and the new Ice King is a resplendent prince, like original PB. The new Ice Prince even has a giant bird to fly on, like The Morrow and PB’s Swan, and new PB even plays the keyboard while clearly creeping on new Ice Prince, not unalike classic Ice King.

Only thing to remember... It was mentioned before, the Ice Queen has a different backstory. She is not simon's genderbent alternative. My theory... Not everyone was genderbent, and this Ice Queen is actually... Betty.

this is probably just a crazy coincidence but in episode 2 of season 10 at minute 2:16, Bonnibell as a child is riding a buffalo (?) who is wearing sunglasses, which has a green lens and a pink lens, just like the third picture.. weirdddd, maybe something maybe nothing, just coincidence lol

1st image: most likely male human Huntress Wizard from Fionna’s dimension, and that other pic of her is just fem human Huntress Wizard in the vampire/Marceline dimension 2nd image: maybe from a world w/ a Princess Bubblegum + Ice King role swap? So the PB is evil and obsessed with IK, the opposite of the actual show 3rd image: the character in the back may be human Lord Monochromicorn?
