Love this interview. Two people who seem genuinely kind and friends with one another. A pleasure to see them together seemingly so sincere.

This was an awesome video, thank you both so much for taking the time to film it & share it with us. The parts that resonated with me the more are the importance of being in touch with yourself, your wants & needs, and “one yes”. Thank you.

Thanks for taking the time to create this valuable video. I hope the next video you two make Barbra gets to interview you Damond. I really enjoyed this. I felt like I was sitting in the room listening to a couple of great friends enjoying each others company. I am taking away some ideas and inspiration to apply to my life. I've read both of your books. The phrase "rise and grind" has helped motivate me often. From Barbra's book I often tell myself "I have a right to be here" when I find myself feeling intimidated when I'm in the company of some people.

There is something healing in listening to this conversation when words spoken express feelings of how life and others define who we become, or not, as that becomes the lifelong battleground to rescue ourselves. This conversation reminds me of what I learned about happiness; happiness is not an accidental feeling; it is the applause of survival.

@@dpellek74ou'll need to back up that statement with some evidence? Barbara and Damond are the two sharks most likely to close their deals, more than double than other sharks. Mark and Lori will make promises while the TV cameras are on. And then afterward they drop out... So if you were counting on money to fill an order? Lori and Mark will screw you two out of three times. Those are real stats Lori is far more scammer, you just can't see past the pretty blond hair and makeup. Statistically, she and Mark are the "scammers"

Hey, Daymond! First of all, I just want to express how excited I am to have found this podcast after searching “Daymond John documentary.” As a budding entrepreneur, fellow American, and someone that has experienced/learned from the various ups and downs in life, you (and Barbara, too) are inspiring to me as a man, follower of Christ, and model of character. And Daymond, I have an offer for you… To begin, I truly can’t state enough, your content is exactly what I, and so many others, look for in podcasts: honest, free-form conversation with a genuine mix of entertainment and knowledge. And of course, not least, your perspectives, personality, and wisdom take it to another level of quality, in my opinion. However, I can’t help but notice your production quality could do with a little bit of improvement. So, here is my offer: I’m willing to design, install, and recommend all of the audio and acoustic components you could use to elevate your podcast’s production value. The above mentioned investment in equipment could be anything from a few hundred dollars, up to thousands, but with a few simple tweaks, I really think I could help. In exchange, I’d ask for a single 1-hour mentoring session for my business. Sincerely, a 28-year-old & broke American in the U.K. still working towards the true American Dream, according to God’s Plan - - Jason Bagot

Normally interviews put my feet to sleep. This one did not. The interview was honest, educational and humorous. Damon, your interview style is compassionate, fun and you actually listened which is not the norm from most people who conduct interviews. Barbara is entertaining as always and I thoroughly enjoyed learning her back-story. Well done!

On Behalf of Daymond when he first invested in this company he didn't have a warehouse co packer. He changed but he got one last minute. I knew that would be a problem. Sharks come out and sit with new people they invest in. They get lazy some.USA 42:00 ❤ Barbara good interview

Daymond I know you might not want to hear this, but can you address the current controversy surrounding you? Apparently you let some prior business down and "stole" their money. The videos are by Bubbas Q Food Trucks. EDIT: I fixed a few words.

Imagine that...2 rich, powerful, greedy conniving people. Wow
@TheFoolintherainn
@TheFoolintherainn 10 ай бұрын
You'll have to back up that statement-what do you mean by "greedy and conniving?" Why did you come here? They weren't born with silver spoons in their mouths & free Obama phones in their hands. These two close their deals and keep their word the most by far on shark Tank. They create jobs. Damon has come out directly and said he's there to help the little guy, not these entrepreneurs with millions of dollars sitting in the bank looking to hire a Shark to work for them. I wouldn't sell them that shortcut? Have you ever gone round the clock for months, years on end working? Doesn't seem so. They don't deal with the multimillion-dollar hostile takeover investments. They help regular people help themselves. If you go into the tank needing money to fill in order you've got, you close a deal with Barbara or Daymond, two out of three businesses will get that money You go with Lori or mark? after the TV cameras go off, they dump two out of three deals- Leaving entrepreneurs high and dry, after the makeup comes off & studio goes dark I just backed up my comment with evidence and statistics. Would you like to try it? You sat here for 40 minutes listening to people you clearly detest? Why? No you didn't you didn't listen to anyone. you just came by here to drop this comment cuz there's nothing better to do in life then hate on other working people.. What is your point?

9/11 was a Tuesday .. just saying. Most people will never forget that day but New Yorkers the most… I’m surprised she doesn’t.. I was 9 when 9/11 happened and was the ONLY day I wish I wasn’t a New Yorker.. 9/12.. even at 9 years old I was proud to be a New Yorker. We need to live life like we all did collectively 9/12/01 Either way I LOVE this 2 together!! I’ve always loved daymond but Barbara just seemed annoying …. I like her with him

I think she has always been a negative Nancy and Had low self esteem. That can be turn off. The scare part is that she doesn’t really understand her gift. Confidence isn’t everything. It can make you arrogant or give you a false sense of security. A healthy Balance of both is key. The greatest gift life can give you is the gift of understanding people’s behaviors.

I never thought of that. She joked about how she worked hard to prove people who hurt her wrong..but she herself laughed and admitted that she doesn't think that was healthy. She is just very selective with shark tank deals and is blunt with people. She also flirts with people because of that humorous honesty.
