Good. I'm all for this. Speaking as a former waiter in a restaurant I can tell you from experience most kids are an absolute nuisance.

When I pay 80 dollars for my dinner, I don't want a kid behind me playing a video game. I want to enjoy my dinner.

High end restaurants are not a place for young children. A screaming and misbehaving child detracts from the experience. There are some adults that are equally annoying. If you don't get your children under control expect some well deserved harsh criticism.

Kids are gonna be kids but they are too much for business. I have kids but it's the truth, I'd go to any restaurant that doesn't allow children.

Believe it or not because of bad kids and bad parenting is why I’ve distanced my self from a friend of over 20 years.

Parents used to be more respectful of taking kids out when they were disruptive. I'm all for the new policies in place. I will support all restaurants with this policy!

Common people nowadays kids are always on the tablet. The other day I saw a year old baby with the tablet infront of him so sad. My son is not allowed to have devices on the table.

😂😂i remember the airplane where people suffer from a screaming kid for many hours n so disruptive i feel sorry for the passengers n staff but the parents did not do nothing

Good if you can't control your kids leave them at home, in my day if I acted up out the door I went by the scruf of my neck?

If adults today actually disciplined their BRATS this wouldn't be needed. A business is a business and they're allowed to choose who comes in and today's kids were raised with zero discipline.

if parent's these days were allowed to - you try to discipline your kids people call the police on you for any number of reasons.

I agree, my mom once if you can't control your child in public then don't go out to eat. It's one thing if parents are trying to control then but nowadays they dont. My parents didn't raise me to behave that way

I think also in this day and age parents are afraid of disciplining their children because they are afraid of somebody seeing them disciplining their children and calling CPS and reporting abuse. If this wasn’t a worry parents could discipline their children in public and teach them to behave

I agree to some resto banning kids especially wild kids and parents who do not discipline their kids i am a parent i discipline my kids so it was annoying for me to witness my former boss ans on and off bf who do not discipline their kids and let them run wild like animals in the wild

I agree w Lainey- it's the adults/the parents. I've taken my 5 yr old to nice restaurants and cafes since she was a newborn-she's never been an inconvenience. I've also worked at a restaurant before and never had an issue with kids -actually, I remember servers fighting over "family" tables bc they tipped better.

This comment section is SO right! Children are nothing but little monsters who need to be DEALT WITH! I mean, obviously kids don't NEED to learn or anything. They automatically know exactly how to behave, first time! Every time!
