Another brilliant show lads. Credit to Shane for the great work he is doing for people, physically and mentally. A lot of people suffer in silence with mental health and don’t know how to go about getting help, but listening to Shane hopefully it will be a kickstart for someone in recovering from their problems.

Such a great thoughtful discussion between three men sharing your life's learning ...a real pleasure to listen and laugh and learn..." monkey see monkey do"..."always the longer road for me". As someone who has shared a lot of my life over 40 years with the communities of Churchfield and Knocknaheeny it lifts my heart that you are speaking and a voice " from the inside out"...Maire D.

Great talk I bag pack at lots of shops throughout the city to raise money and I have seen the amount of processed foods people buy and the kids are getting bigger. People need to take up cooking and how to cook healthy and quick meals if needed.
