different kind of muscle and strength training. strongmen use explosive strength while BB's lift to get big and sculpted.
@biknjak2 жыл бұрын
@@gun123456zak Absolutely. People get critical about how much stronger strongmen and power lifters are than bodybuilders, but it's not a real fair comparison. Two different sports/training methods. Pro bodybuilders are much stronger than us mere mortals, and if they took up strongman/powerlifting training, it wouldn't be a huge transition. I believe most giant pro bodybuilders like Jamie would adapt fairly quickly and would do well. Look at Mariusz Pudzianowski. World champion strongman, and probably could have competed in pro bodybuilding.

I give the Giant credit for trying the strongman events. I’d hate to see him get hurt doing this. But he has such a great teacher in Eddie. Love following Eddie from Canada.

I’ve binge watched Eddie hall all night and I can honestly say he’s the funniest bloke I’ve seen in a while not only is he a successful strongman but he has a personality that everyone enjoys similar to Muhammad Ali and his profession it’s the personality along with his achievements that makes him so likeable as a role model and down to earth guy that isn’t too serious and likes a good laugh and is a good role model to those that look up to him, props to the big man ✊❤️

@Beaujangles McJiggle my brother's a tree surgeon and doesn't lift that much because anyone on any profession makes things easier for themselves. You don't have to lift heavy loads in tree surgery because you just reduce the size of the thing you are carrying (chainsaw a are good for this). I can lift more than my brother and I work at a desk all day but lift at home and the gym.

This is so cool. Eddie, among others like Brian Shaw, Robert Oberst, Hafthor Bjornson, etc, is the pinnacle of human strength. Pure human strength. Strong just to be as strong as you can get. Jamie is strong, stronger than most of us, but he’s the kind of strong that looks pretty. It’s so interesting to see the difference between pretty strength and pure strength.
