Eddie's 4000 kcal/day diet looks like mine when I was 19 and weighed about 10st, mountain biking pretty much every day and eating extra meals with lots of rice and pasta. That was hard work, 6am to 2am days just to get enough meals in without feeling ill. Lukckily sleep is still something I don't need much of.
