I’m chasing a 230kg deadlift having taken up training 6 months ago aged 45. At 170kgs and creeping up nicely . It’s my fix to get me through anxiety and depression. The return we've all been waiting for, mega duo

When organic was mentioned it really made me sit up. I spent some time in a different country and lived with the locals and all the food was home grown. Eggs for breakfast and chicken salads for tea but all from the back yard, never felt so good inside.

Honestly massive respect to both of you, I watch your videos in ore of your life and your ability and wish I had a 10th of that I'm a person who loves the gym but struggles with a balance in my body of gaining muscle/mental health as you look at yourself and Ross and other blokes and think how can't I be like that and I know it's took/takes both of you incredible hard work and dedication!! And I massive struggle with that and knowing how to train my body, also wish I had a paddy in my corner 🤣
