More than likely you have probably heard me complain about towers in AoE2... They are not my favorite. In this game TheViper shows what type of damage Korean towers can do if you put your heart into it.

Totally... Made me rewind to 2:17 to hear it again, and then i briefly considered whether my knowledge of the game had gotten rusty... :-) Maybe t90 was just too shaken by his Germany flag mistake and couldn't focus on such tiny details. ^^

Well, you do need two feudal buildings to get to imperial if you're starting in dark age… you just happen to need two castle age buildings as well.

I love your vids, I picked up AoE2 DE because it was cheap and I have so much nostalgia attached to this game. I used to play when I was 7 and just create games where I instantly started with a disgusting advantage. As an adult I want to learn how to play this game properly and your vids have helped so much, I can fast castle and know build orders now, plus I understand the civs more. You helped this go from a brief bit of nostalgia to my new favourite game. I hate to sound old but they just don't make them like this any more!

Personally, I would've preferred Yellow/Yellow player colors here. Fair to people both with, and without ANY type of color blindness!

Hi, im color blind. eedback incoming. On minimap yellow player can be actually seen, but i cant see green one. Color blindness has usually problems with green orange red. I also struggle with purple/blue. Anyway, great content T90 :)

Hey T90, I have been watching your videos for over a year now. And I’m looking to buy the game, because it looks like a lot of fun. However when I go to steam I find “AOE 2 HD”. And I hear you about AOE AOC. I dont understand the differences between all different versions. Which one should I get? And do you have a link?

Aoc lacks the new content. It is basically the original game played on cd’s. If you wanna play online you play on voobly or game ranger. Bc of age sometimes you may have issues getting it to work on new os. Also if you play on a new laptop, you need an external cd drive. Hd has the new expansions and patches and you can play online directly from the game without any problems. Its got better resolution. All in all I find this easier to pick up and play and not run into problems with newer os. I’d recommend hd

If you don't play multiplayer, then trush defense isn't a necessary skill.

Pretty sure the AI just gets boned by towers. There are some good modded ai, not sure if any trush well.

Hi! I have a quesn if someone can help me out. How do you stay on the map or get it to full reveal after the match finishes? Is there a setting for it. This is so I can review the final positions. I have been playing vs AI and it goes straight to the stats screen.

On multiplayer you stay on a full revealed map by default. You can practice against AI on a private multiplayer game. On singleplayer I guess you can use marco + polo to see, or record the game.

What if red went for mangonels instead of knights? Mass mangonels can take out towers fairly quickly, and can be repaired by villagers if need be. A scorpion or two could be used to keep villagers at bay.

at the time he went knights vill raid was a legit strategy, and still was probably the better one. he has no range bonus on them or anything, they aren't cheap.

the archers die to the towers (they simply have too much range) and the rams to the villagers. Knights are the one unit that does well against both.

Yellow and blue are usually the go to for colorblindos like me. Not all the same though. So... Red and blue works too.

Shame about the Koreans. They're actually my favorite civ because of their War Wagons, but you never see War Wagons at high level play because the trush is so cheesy OP.
