The main arrangement was by Dimitris Kontopoulos (Greece) and Yerlan Bekchurin (Kazakhstan). Dimash used an Arabic maqam for his ad lib in the middle of the song. It's a system of oriental scales, melodic phrases and ornamentation techniques. And it fit perfectly with the mood of the song. Igor Krutoy said, “It was Dimash’s talent that inspired me to write this song, his immense vocal abilities and his desire to sing for a large international audience. Franky, I don’t see anyone else who could perform this piece in such a way.” The solo instrument heard at the beginning is called a kobyz which is an ancient Kazakh instrument. The idea to add the kobyz to this song came to Dimash after he first heard the tune of “Stranger”.
