I'm a fan of one bigger family present like a gaming console, tablet to share, a trampoline, etc, and 1 practical item and 1 toy item... I'm sure they have plenty and get plenty but I can't just skip toys at Christmas for the kids, it hurts my heart. I couldn't help but notice Allie Jane seemed a little bit disappointed, "I already have a notepad". lol John is very sweet and obviously a good dad. I almost ordered that reindeer game for my nieces, but I knew their mom would end up having to sit there with that on her head for hours and I couldn't do that to her LOL.

John was like a little boy at Christmas! He was soooo excited to give Alyssa her ring. See everyone, Fairy Tales and DREAMS to come true! I had the FAIRY TALE marriage for almost 29 yrs at the time of my husband's passing. He was 48 yrs old. He passed in 2002 and It feels as though it was yesterday. Please cherish the time you have. Having a family is wonderful, but remember before there was 3.5 children, there was just the two of you. Remember to do things together, if it is only just a candlelight dessert after the kiddos go to bed. My husband and I had date night once a week. Having a babysitter once in awhile is vital for Mommy & Daddy special times. Merry Christmas to the Webster Family!

So fun... the girls still enjoyed their Christmas. I agree with keeping it simple...it gets overwhelming when you get so many presents for the kids and then the extended family gets them presents. Merry Christmas!!!! This is my fav time of year has been better now that I have kids but they are all in their teens now so we dont do Christmas Eve and it seems like they have a whole lot of less self control, this year we were beyond blessed to be able to provide for our kids which we have 4! Due to covid neither one of us are working and my husband and daughter are high risk so we must stay put and I was able to save little at a time since way earlier in the year to put a little to the side for Christmas, Christmas in 2019 was the worst we where homeless after being scammed by our manager and lived in a hotel for 2 months, Christmas was very depressing so this year we were going to make sure its unforgettable, My daughter is a senior in high school and covid has taken it all from her so we knew that we had to make it up in a small way, I wish I could have the money to help families but I dont I know how it feels to say sorry guys not this year, My heart aches for the families and the small kids who do not understand. Praying for Blessings for us all!!!! I wish you all nothing but the best for the upcoming year which I hope will be much better than 2020,
