I’m a skeptic by nature and find most claims about most things to be a bunch of b.s. sales tactics. BUT... I will vouch for the Cellesizer. I’ve been a lifelong athlete (surf, run, swim, bike, yoga, hike, etc.) I know my body well. Intuitively, I know exactly what affects me and how. l can attest, his claims are spot on. I own one and LOVE it! 👍

I'm 65 and I've had my Cellerciser for about eight years. I will use it for months at a time daily, and give myself a break for a few weeks. I usually do 10 minutes at a time 1-2X a day. What's important is, I've had nine vertebrae fused since 1973 and it does not cause back pain. GREAT product!

I raised my children on this. There is no easier way to burp a baby. Congestion? 15min on consistent bouncing would clear it up and my babies would then sleep for hours. After 15min, fevers would drop. Most recently I had a badly pinched nerve in my shoulder. A brief bounce snapped everything back in to place. I could go on and on about this. It's my 3rd one only because the first 2 were such coveted items by my friend that when I would move to another country they were eager to buy it off my hands so I could travel more lightly

I have watched so many David Hall videos in the last two days that I have been inspired to start using my Urban Rebounder all through the day. I am seeing fluid coming out of my knees and thighs now. If my rebounder wears out, or if I find my body has problems as I continue to use it, I know what I will go to next .
@mspenelope68747 ай бұрын
To avoid injury: start slowly, be careful if you have existing problems, and limit yourself to safe movement and build up ROM slowly. Get an antirust spray to loosen the springs. Cellerciser may be the best model on the market but a $99 model will do the job for those of is who can’t justify the price. Antirust lubricant makes an amazing difference between being sore afterwards and never being sore and progressing consistently. David Hall’s routines are not suitable for those without featherlight skeletal frame and perfect biomechanics (he is a light ectomorph so it’s easy for him). A cautious approach with a cheaper model will get you there 😇 Remember your brain is inside your skull. Don’t jump too vigorously for too long for that reason. Under 30min max or stop whenever feeling dizzy or if you get headaches during or afterward.

I've been quite sick - decided to break out my rebounder and start to use it to help my blood flow and get my lymphatic system moving to facilitate healing. I think this is very important; that is, to get blood less sticky, with the sickness going around now.

My Cellerciser has a place of honor in the middle of the living room. Can't tell you the joy of it. Anyone can get benefit from it at their own level. If all you can do is grab the balance bar and move your feet a little you can get benefit from it. And a master athlete can kick it up to their level with or without the music apps.

i actually even use mine when i am sleepy or tired sometimes. i hold onto the bar with my eyes closed and do a recovery bounce and find it very relaxing. other times i don't hold the bar, but still close my eyes, and try to work on my balance. i love having a rebounder! hardest part is it can make my feet sore. to deal with that i alternate to using with and without shoes.

@colleenbrady46222 ай бұрын
Did your rebounder have bungee cords on it? I got a sore back and knees on mine too. Had to go to a chiropractor. Later I realized I wasn't standing properly on the rebounder. You have to have your feet straight and your back straight, looking outward at a wall or a window and not looking at your feet. The rebounders with springs don't move the body at all. Maybe the cellerciser must be different, I guess

Love Dave Hall. Unfortunately, I bought a Bellicon before I saw all the great reviews for the Cellerciser. Bellicon is fun, but I got the "strong" strength of bungee cords, which are too soft, my ankles pronate and there isn't enough stability to do Dave's exercises. Also the Bellicon doesn't fold up. Eventually I will order a Cellerciser, but for now, just ordered the "ultra strong" bungees from Bellicon and the stability bars (ANOTHER $225 on top of an already over priced rebounder) so I can do his exercises. If I could do it over, I'd definitely get the Cellerciser, much less expensive and better for fitness jumping. I will eventually get one. Thanks Dave for your committment to making the Cellerciser available to people and sharing your vast knowledge on health and fitness with us!

It's not just a "trampopuline", it's life. This is real motion like we used to experience, back when we were wild and barefoot. The motion our bodies were designed to create, just to function correctly. It's basically a machine that mimics real life. Real living. Hunting, gathering and no desk chairs or couches. When I got mine, I was "getting my affairs in order" and preparing to enter a nursing home so people can scoff all they want - I. Do. Not. Care. I can't. I can't afford to worry about people who choose nursing homes over health. It's your choice. Regardless of your age.

@@samanthaquant7411 you do die when you eat said foods, just very slowly and when it happens you act like it was a random thing that happens to you. When it’s really your diet

why everyone must get so cultish about everything... is a simple trampoline with a certain tension in the net so you can bounce fast... and so it works to minimise impact and help us go a bit longer than on a wooden floor doing the same thing... but is not god like thing.. so borring when Americans must start a cult following around every new fitness tool! common man!

That spring worth 100 bucks apiece so his machine cost you a grand total of 500 or you maybe lucky to just find a trampoline for 30!!! Such a crock!!oh I forgot((( he's not a doctor!

Let the guy talk! Worse interviewer ever!

What a useless infomercial from a rebounder that is MASSIVELY overpriced. And the interviewer looks like a drunk business man at happy hour.

The sadness of his products is the fact the website is outdated, the payments are outdated, the videos are so outdated. Everything is beyond outdated. So technically this is a great initiative and a great exercise but, David is showing himself uninterested in inventing for a good response from clients. He is all about a good talking but, hypocritically not following the basics of really caring about “his” creation. Basically - nowadays better to put your money on bellicon. The customer service is amazing and the product as well. I did try to buy his product but as mentioned could’t find any help, assistance or online videos. To follow my note: who has a DVD nowadays? So outdated

I agree on the DVD part but everything else was fine. imo. Go buy whatever. It’ll make you happy. I guess.

Nah, some things are just kinda timeless- beyond trends. Higher tech is not what it’s cracked up to be.

@@DChristina not talking about trend but evolution itself. At least a bit of evolution. Sadly David is stuck in time

NewsFlash: there’s lots more to life than cutting edge marketing techniques. Personally I find super ‘evolved’ marketing techniques to be tedious and frankly, a little desperate.

Both these guys are scammers and you can just tell it intuitively because they are deeply engaged in over kill. If something is really this good it will sell itself. You don't have to go out on the circuit preaching especially after 30 years in the business.

Dave is not a scammer. His product works. Is called advertising and all businesses do it.
