Best explanation of rebounding that I"ve seen in years, thank you! I"ve been rebounding off & on for 15 yrs. & lately, more so as I noticed loss of energy (too much sitting in winter) so I'm back at it....5 or 6 days a week. When I was in my late 60's I had a dexascan which showed osteopenia (the start of osteoporosis) so I purchased a rebounder awhile later. Over the course of about 12 yrs. I've had 5 scans & each one was better than the previous one which surprised the technician. I'm due for another one as I will soon be 80 years young & I'll update here. 😜

Osteoporosis is caused by fluoride and aluminum. Avoid those to elements and drink Fiji water. Why Fiji water? It removes aluminum from your brain and your bones. Study dr Chris exley on his website and his substack, to learn more about aluminum, Fiji water, and fluoride…

This is the best video I’ve ever seen for inspiring me to get off my arse I’ve got a cellerciser and 2 years ago I used it daily for about 6 months I only did 10 mins every morning, but during that time I was literally leaping out of bed every morning. It was like I was weightless, and I was very skinny Fast forward and I got a job and forgot about my cellerciser Then I didn’t have a job and got depressed and very unfit Lately I’ve been unwell and have an idiopathic rash I can’t get rid of It’s a build up of toxins, I’m sure Gonna start bouncing again tomorrow morning and might even do some before and after shots Thank you so much for jump starting me with this gem of a video 🙏 I used the cellerciser and my rash cleared within 2 days I’m now rebounding every morning I started with 10 minutes and now do 15, as I build up my stamina You don’t have to jump for ages I notice within about a minute the mucus in my sinuses starts liquifying and clearing and puffiness from sleep goes away My mental health has improved as well Knee injury went away I’ve noticed all sorts of benefits

I only learned about rebounding a couple of weeks ago on This Morning when Wayne Leal was a guest and he was demonstrating the super 6 exercises, I was so impressed that I’ve been reading up and looking at You Tube videos about it and my new rebounder will be delivered to me tomorrow, I can’t wait, I’m also very impressed by this video explaining in detail through analogy, how rebounding works, thank you so much for this, I understand it much more now🙂🙏🏼

Best 23 minutes I've had in many years. 23 minutes watching this best rebounding video I've ever seen because it explains so much good news for my body and life. Then I did for 1 minute 20 pushups and 1 minute 20 situps. I'm feeling hot, energized, healthy and happy. The fun part is I can rebound while educating myself watching a positive video or show.

Millennial - I recently (about two weeks ago started Wim Hof breathing. :) My son bought me a good mini trampoline (rebounder) for my birthday. It should arrive today. I've always exercised (and do qigong patting to move lymph) but I think this will be more fun! Not that I'll give up qigong) But maybe I'll just do the movements, since I won't need the patting. :)

Love this video. Explains so much. I have been sitting pretty much all day for the last two years and now I am suffering the affects. I have had a rebounder for awhile but only just started using it. I used it yesterday for the first time in ages and I over did it and was so sore the next day but the day after I felt so much better. I love rebounding its the best exercise and its fun too cause you can do pretty much every exercise on it. It doesn't get boring like a treadmill. Its low impact. Plus the lymphatic drainage is a huge bonus. I will be using mine a lot more now.

I just came back to daily rebounding, with a cellerciser outside and bellicon with ultra strong cords inside. I am sleeping better already, have more energy and calm mental clarity, and losing inches, in only 4 days back on it. I feel "rinsed out" inside after working out and I am more flexible and feel more integrated throughout my fascia inside. I'm walking lighter. It's so amazing. I feel sad I let those rebounders sit idle for the past couple of years, but really happy I'm back at it. Morning for longer sessions, evening for gentle, winding down sessions. AWESOME!
@jessicabasurto94855 ай бұрын
Which do you like more? Your cellerciser or Bellicon?
@IntuitiveCoachTheresa5 ай бұрын
Great question. I would say for fun and enjoyment of the experience, the Bellicon for sure. For muscle toning results, probably the Cellerciser. I say "probably" because I've only really used the Cellerciser between the two consistenly enough to start getting good results because I could take it outside, where I want to workout in the summer. I think because of the harder down bounce there's no question there is more pounds of pressure from gravity being put on the working muscles, so probably there is an advantage to the Cellerciser in that regard, but I did buy the ultra strong cords for my Bellicon, so the resistance is mostly comparable. I'm still using the Cellerciser though as I'm going back to doing RB because it's shorter and the space I have to workout in at the moment has a low ceiling. But honestly, when I get to a place where I have a room with higher ceilings I'd like to switch to the Bellicon and see if the results are as good as the Cellerciser fitness-wise. It's just overall a more enjoyable experience for me. I would say if someone doesn't care about the probably relatively small-ish advantage they get with muscle development from the greater resistance of the cellerciser and budget allows, go for the Bellicon with ultra strong cords. But this is only my own opinion!
@jessicabasurto94855 ай бұрын
@@IntuitiveCoachTheresa thank you so much for that explanation! I’ve never used a Bellicon because I’ve only used a Cellerciser and own two right now! But I was wondering if I could sell one and get one Bellicon too lol I do notice I get toned up fast on my cellerciser, last time I used it for 2 weeks or so and lost 5 lbs, which is hard with any other exerciser and overall I feel my body tighter lol I just started back on it yesterday so I was wondering if maybe having both would be better
@IntuitiveCoachTheresa5 ай бұрын
Yes, can't deny the results with the Cellerciser! I want to really give the Bellicon the same go, just to compare, because I personally like the smoother, quiet bounce. It's less jarring but with the ultra strong cords still firm. I bought these two over a few years time, saving up for them, but if you can swing it, why not? Blessings!

I wonder if rope jumping may have similar effect on our body. It's much higher vibration than rebounding. For sure, rebounding is more gentle on joints. I've been exercising with a heavy rope for last few years, and also started rebounding on a mini trampoline a month ago. BTW, I heard that argument or speculation about positive effect of jump roping and vibration on body molecules in academic environment from some physicists long time ago (~40 years ago).

Thank you for keeping all the ridiculous negative statements. This video is exactly what I was looking for! I am an Energy Healer. I heal on a Cellular Level. My research is the relative was causes the constant erosion on the cellular level even after repair. On a physical level sometimes people cause the failure of organs/organ systems on a simple cellular level/electronic system. When the constant short circuiting occurs over and over (the layering of external environmental factors mentioned) organ malunction and/or cancer develops. Namaste
