They are indeed so precious! With the arrival of the new baby, seems like all the mom's become a tad lenient & let them suckle. It really was a beautiful & peaceful moment. You do have a gift for catching them at their best & doing what they they do. There is nothing more beautiful than a newborn studying every inch of Mum's face while nursing. Reddy is such a wonderful Mum. She's always so tender but still encourages Dopey to grow. Baty is growing fast it seems. He acts just like a young boy but I admit it was nice to see Dolly let him have suckle. Bossy, Jr looks like an Elite Athlete doing one arm pull ups! LOL I love them all Arroz. Thank you again for a fantastic series!

New baby's motor skills are really advanced! Totally makes up for the cute freak out fest in the last video. Lol. Oh I love seeing so many babies and being able to compare between everyone. To see so much of what I have learned in almost real time. Sadly I've become emotionally attached to all these babies. No one is immune! Thanks again for your beautiful work Sir.

dopey is just too funny.. if he's away from mom and he hears other babies start to scream... he runs back to mom in a panic and always grabs his foot... like " I didn't do anything wrong mom!!!"

Dopey is soooo lucky to have Reddy for his mum! But for all the suckling he dows, Dopey does not grow fast...and keeps on being my little prince. Its so sweet to see "Mickey" suckle and watch mamma...indeed they all warm my heart and i am even more sad that Knotty's mum is not always arround. Thank you for a beautyful heartwarming video...

great video as always! My vote is for Mickey and mama Minnie. Seems very appropriate. I agree that Reddy has got to be the best most patient monkey mother in the history of mamas! every time she picks dopey up it is with the most tender loving care! I've never seen a mother put up with her baby hanging off her face and head like he does. Except maybe Carbzilla on the Ankor page, but that's because she throws Cavan over her head when she wants to take off! Are these the only breeding females around? They are all getting up there in years. You would think the Monkey Sterilization Authorities need to realize they better let some of these younger females have some babies too. We might have more baby snatchers to come if they don't!

Of all the baby monkeys that I have seen through watching videos, I know Dopey is the prettiest,cutest most special of all, but then again they are all special and very precious.

I know everyone would agree with me on saying you should have your own program on National Geographic. I cannot get enough of your educational videos. You have taught me so much about these beautiful animals. A+... I get excited when theres a new video... The names you have for the moms, babies and even that creeper baby snatching azz. lol. Your very colorful when it comes to them. Please, from all of us to you .. Keep up the Spectacular videos. I'll be in that area next year. Won't miss me, I'll be the guy in the wheelchair. i wanna bring a bunch of apples, bananas and corn in a truck for them as long as they dont bite meor scratch me??? you know much more than i do. So being in a wheelchair would it scare them or would they be nice as i give food??

Leo Perry absolutely I do agree with you and I do not think the only one here. It's wonderful that you can travel there and visit them with a lot of good things for them so valuable. You will have the opportunity and the joy of seeing Dopey his mom and Charly baty and all the others ... Arroz will be delighted to meet you and you will see the excellent work he did and that we shared with us c ' is a real joy! Enjoy all these unique moments of happiness with them. :)

I'm interested in studying everything about these little monkeys. Like when I got my dog,I bought books on his specific breed. I'd like to do the same with these guys. Does anyone out there have any book suggestions? I've looked on-line but they don't give much info. When I watch these videos I still have questions about their lives. Would appreciate any input please. Arroz you're fantastic!!

Went ahead and deleted the warning about that page. Seems someone already has. They deleted all but one video and and the few left up actually have them in the comments taking claim of them while deleting comments that say it's stolen. Does this mess really happen? People will steal anything these days. Even things that can be proven without a shadow of a doubt doesn't belong to them. Oh, and amazing video of course. Brightened my otherwise gloomy day.

I'm stunned that the new baby is already trying to crawl on mom without her arms being wrapped around him!!! Then she walks without him being supported WOW!!! Am I being dramatic? What date was he born? To me he seems lime he's less than 2 days. Ok...I see he's 3 days. isn't that still remarkable?

All the babies are beautiful too bad they will grow up, but that is life. The new baby had a hard time coming into our world, a few bruised and red places on his face. He looks so different from the others when they were born. Knotty is always on my mind, does his mother ever groom him or pay any attention to him (he always looks so sad)? Baty looks sad too but maybe he knows he is not going to be a baby much longer, even though his mom has been letting him suckle some. Poor Dopey is quite a titty baby, he is going to deform mom's tite if he doesn't let up some. All in all I just can't wait until I see them again, thanks so much.

Dopey has an affinity for one breast! The other one probably doesn't have much milk in it now because it isn't being used!. I see that the nipple on the side he prefers is really long, too, and the other side is more normal looking. I often wondered if the baby stretches the nipple by keeping it in his mouth all the time or if the nipples just looked like that, and I think it is because the babies stretch the nipples beyond belief! I like Amy for the mom and Kevin for the baby.

Dolly looks like someone beat her face up too in the 3rd part of the series...or is it just me? I would say Mickey's redness is still leftover from being born...yes he is loud. I don't see any males running around with such a dark color. Makes me curious as to who daddy is...

I haven't been commenting much lately, largely due to my busted right wing, but I'm pretty much keeping up with your films, Arroz. National Geographic or Animal Planet would be lucky to have you! We, you viewers, sure are!!! Since Mickey and Minnie were a couple, it seems not quite right to name mother and son that. He does look like MM for sure. How about calling mom "Minnie", and baby, "Walt (Disney)"? After all, Walt did amazing things - like creating Mickey - and this little guy already shows promise of greatness in my not so humble opinion.

Heather Hart hello Heather, I've got two theories about this. I've seen Macaques while in the process of giving birth & the baby is actually coming out of there vagina, reach around & scratch the babies heads or face with there fingernails & then start smelling & licking there fingers b/c at that point they really can't see what's coming out of them. They just know something is going on down there. Another theory is all human babies & baby monkeys are born with long fingernails.. and I think that sometimes the babies probably scratch there faces up themselves. In human newborns when u bring them home or even at the hospital they will put those little mittens on there hands so they won't scratch themselves. I don't think the baby was bitten by anything, I think those just might be scratches. A lot of newborn baby monkeys have scratches all over there faces & heads. I think it's just the process of birth & there sharp little fingernails. That's just my two cents though, I hope u have a great day!
