I was laughing when you guys were like "I´m gonna like this Dixon guy" and two seconds later he said the word. 😂 Glenn and Rick are definetly the mvps of this episode

When they filmed the first Season Michael Rooker ended up getting the cops called on him because people in other buildings thought he was a sniper The Atlanta SWAT team rushed to the scene and learned that Michael Rooker was just an actor Lol.

T-Dog was a man with heart, and in my opinion that makes him a real man. Better than most. In that kind of world, all life matters; anyone you save, could be a potential ally or save you later.

Guys I have to say that to find a group of guys that just starting out watching this show is fantastic! Your faces when T-Dog accidentally dropped the key was priceless. You all are going to be so much fun to watch and I just subbed

Although yes this Season was directed by Frank Darabont who made particularly choices about the Walkers physicality (how they can run and climb etc) But It also kinda fits in with the story of decay In the beginning the Walkers are kinda fresh and as the series goes on the Walkers start decaying making them lose more motor functions as time passes.

Great reaction guys! Merle Dixon is played by Michael Rooker. If you guys are fans of the MCU, he played Yondu in Guardians Of The Galaxy. He seems to always play the bad guy. Rick and Glen slathering up in walker guts is a pretty intense scene. Definitely don’t eat before a reaction if you have a weak stomach! Rick and Glen were the heroes of this episode. They worked to save the group’s lives. I always felt that Rick gave T-Dog the key so that he would be the one controlling the situation with Merle because of his racist attack. T-Dog is a great character! Just give him a chance. Already excited for ep3 reaction!! Have a great one!!

To create the feelings he did just shows how well Michael Rooker acted the part of Merle.

One thing I liked about the early seasons was how they humanized the zombies by focusing on who they were.

When Andrew Lincoln (Rick) said “We need more guts,” that was improvised. T-Dog trying to save Merle Dixon shows he has more heart and is a better person than Merle because we all know Merle wouldn’t have done the same. T-Dog was just thinking more humans equal more chances at survival, no matter who it is. Plus Merle was in the Marines and is a decent marksman. He’s also a good hand to hand combatant. Merle ain’t perfect but he definitely has the skill set you’d want in your group during a time like this.

Fun Fact: Michael Rooker got SWAT called on him because people on the streets saw him with a sniper rifle aiming down😂

Merle is a great actor and is good at playing the bad guy. Gotta admire actors who make you hate them in movies. I loved Glen (Korean dude) in the movie Mayhem. It was a wild movie.
