Would you recommend going down .5 of a size with width and stretch of the leather ones as I have a ft hybrid pair in a 8 but I do have a a little room between the end of my boot and my toe so wondering if a 7.5 would be better?

Is the leather going be the norm for the preds? Or is this "special edition" Can imagine the toe box will split on these , especially since this is on a.g. I'm glad leather is back. Part of wearing a predator is the tounge and the feeling of it being a power boot.

@@mathiaselvik6823 no. This is one of the major reasons why they are behind Nike in terms of sales. I used predator all my life but recently I had to switch to Nike.

How narrow is the shoe I have a bit of a wide right foot so I usually go a size up from my usual size if it's very narrow. If it is leather then usually i get my normal size since it'll stretch. I have not bought shoes in a while so I'm very lost with the new tech. Growing up it was the predator k-leathers that I used to wear.

would love to hear your thoughts on many others suffering cracked soleplates on the pred elites fg. I noticed you're testing the fg soleplate on an AG pitch as well. Mine's showing some thin lines that doesn't look like just the chrome coming off after about 3-4 games on an AG pitch now i'm scared of wearing them for games.

I had the same issue and sent them back and got refunded. But apparently, Adidas released a statement that the small cracks you see are not related to the soleplate itself, but to the thin translucent cover that covers the sole, and that fine layer wears off over time. Had I known that at the time, I wouldn't have sent mine back, to be honest.

No, Fusionskin IS leather - just a fancy name for engineering a leather piece and a knit piece seamlessly together and applying a top coat to make it seem like one material. It’s just like on the last many Copas since 19+ 👍

@@unisport Hi Jay. I understood the Fusionskin on the Copa Pure boots as a fusion between the leather in the front and the knitted material in the middle and back of the boots. If you say these Predators are fusionskin, there should also be knitted parts on the boots. But then they are not full leather football boots, which is what you also say in the video. I'm honestly a bit confused right now. Thanks.

OK, that's fair - they're not 100% leather boots as the calf leather IS stitched together with the knit piece (the collar around the heel) at the very ind of the midfoot. You can kinda see them seam at 3:29 when I bend my foot. So it's largely a full leather upper, but obviously with a tongue and knit collar that's not leather. Hope that makes sense. /Jay

I think the reason is because the AG sole plate is much flatter and the nubs are shorter in comparison to the studs of the FG version. Because of that, the elastic strap holding down the tongue would be coming undone in the middle of the game. That’s my theory

Apparently there’s been a Kangaroo overpopulation crisis prior to the controversy of kangaroo hunting and removal of k leather products in big brands.
