Those 2 & 5 dollar bills worth more than 2&5 dollars. Those have red stamp, which are rare.. so it's worth a lot more than the number itself.

If I were them I'd stay clear of sharing it online. I also would like a follow up story on this and hopefully we get to see what's under the three trees.

Take a trip to Mesa Arizona. Or use Google Maps street view. Look for that specific house. The picture of the house if fairly clear, although it may have been torn down since then. The tree is right outside the house. See who owns it, and contact them.

I've beeb in the construction renovation business for close to 50 years, in NYC. In that time we've found numerous items...some interesting, some valuable...mostly interesting junk. But one thing a locksmith friend told me a long time ago...If you find a safe and get it open and there's a bottle of Liquor in it...DON'T drink it! In the old days it was common to leave a bottle of liquor in a safe...so when the safecracker broke in, he'd find the booze, Have a drink on the Owner, to toast his good luck, and they'd find him the next...DEAD...The booze was poisoned... Finder Beware!

The cash is worth more than they think, as I saw some silver certificate bills in it. They stopped printing them in 1964, and they are worth much more than their face value.

The most likely version, the dude was given just the book, went, and found the safe with the money in it at the tree. The code, opening the safe everything was buried in. "Treasure" was already found. They opened it.

I lived in a particular house for about three or four years when I was a kid. There was a hidden safe under the carpet in my parents closet that we didn't find out about until after we moved out and while it was vacant, the neighborhood kids broke in, ripped the carpet up, and pried it open (it was empty). It was dumb though, because had they told us there was a safe there, I'm sure my parents would have opened it for them as they too would have been curious to see if anything was inside.

Maybe the three headed tree means on tree that was split into three things like the bodies but all came from the same base. You can see on the right of the photo of the house that there is a tree that is split into three.

I have lived in Mesa for almost all my life and there is a place called The Superstition Mountains and a while back someone found a mine with lots o gold. They call the guy he lost Dutchman and he buried all his gold somewhere on the mountain and it is believed to be one of the most valuable treasures in the world but when people have claimed hey found the treasure they go disappear the next day. I am thinking this relates to that.
