There is a cool American-style (kind of :)) neighborhood outside of Bucharest in Corbeanca called Paradisul Verde where almost everyone celebrates Halloween and you can even go around Trick-or-Treating, it's fun for kids. But you kinda have to get invited/know someone there as it's private :/. It's nice that you tried to recreate the experience for them though :), and also (pre) Happy Bday to Mila!
