For those who are interested in why i said "in this context", it's because "à propos" used as an adverbial phrase means "in a timely manner", while "à propos" used in an adjective phrase means "reasonable/suitable". If you use it in a prepositional phrase, it means what slime said : "in relation to". And since french likes to be fancy, you can add an hyphen (à-propos) and it will change the word to " a relavant, accurate and fast statement/reaction". Hope you guys enjoyed the French lesson. :)
