I always panic when I have to drive someone somewhere. I stress over which is the best route to go and usually end up with them saying, why did go this way

If a thought comes to me, I've found there are 2 times to do it, now or never. I've also always got a notepad with me or I won't remember something. Hyper focusing plus impulsiveness can be a bad thing for me, I've bought lots of things I didn't need but was obsessed with.

Rhi, I’ve not followed much recently with not much time to listen/watch… are you trying medication? 🤔

Originally I didn't want medication, but the doctor acted as if it's the next logical step, so I'm now weighing up my options x

Rhi, in the case of truly awful people, as a number of Billions' characters are, their motivations aren't really supposed to make sense to regular people. I'm not sure if you could find a way to do it, or tolerate it if you did, but I wonder if you would benefit from putting yourself in situations where all of your worries and "side quests" were physically impossible to act upon. I mean, if you had to live for a while with no physical outlet for any of it, I wonder if you could learn to stifle it, in a way. You'd probably have to wait until Zara is grown up before doing something like this, really. My thinking is to be curious about how your ADHD brain would cope with having no choice of things. I wonder if someone can learn to adapt or just live with the feelings. For you, dancing appears to be what is called a "moving meditation". I know males with ADHD are the ones more prone to movement, but it sounds like you are attuned to physicality by quite a large amount. Much love! :)
