Not sure why I am uploading this. I guess I have found KZfaq as a way to share things that I do. No matter how many people watch my videos, it still lets you put them on and talk about things.
I started eating healthy in maybe 2019. I used to get protein drinks. I have had a couple for a while and decided to use them. I mean the big things of powder. I like doing it this way more than getting the sets of bottles. You can make more and it lasts longer. There are also some other things on here I will either get or am interested in. If you like heath stuff, you may find it interesting. Feel free to send me any knowledge you have on stuff like this. Eating better really has changed my life.
