I am from tribal religion one of my aunt is hindu khatri from punjab kind of from business cast I think I don't know all the names of hindu cast. In case of all non tribal communities you Hindus on one hand are extremely castist within yourself but in other hand relative to other majority non tribals like Muslims who are 99 percent non tribals in jharkhand you people are least sexist in terms of marriage. You people don't treat men of other religion as second class unlike Muslims who marry tribal women for land rights and political benifits but hate to see there women with man of other communities... In case of non tribals I as from Sarna religion( Tribal religion) find you all comparatively liberal in case of marriage. We tribals and non tribals in jharkhand kind off hate each other but still some how we are getting connected with hindu non tribals because of marriage..

Why Baniyas are successful in running businesses? They SAVE UP and do not trust Politicians or "Kismat" and are least affected by times of economic depression. It's not like we wear torn up clothes or eat bad food. We just spend money if we find utility in something. We even treat our guests well when they come to our houses like every other people. Yeah you won't have us over-spending for gifts and stuff or eating in expensive restaurants for merely posting Instagram pics. Moral:- We don't waste our father's/brother's/husband's money because they work hard day and night to earn it. We spend each penny judiciously. Kanjoos bolna hai jo bolna hai bol lo.

@@kotaruvy8905 well marwar is a region in rajasthan and people who trace their origin from marwar are marwari but mostly when We say marwari outside rajasthan it mostly means maheshwari,Agarwal,jain and Brahmins as well who are from rajasthan not necessarily from marwar region ....it does not include kshtriya and shudra people ....while baniya means vaishya (traders ) it does not include any brahmin caste it is used mostly by north ,north western states not only by rajasthani people ....for example there are gujarati baniyas who are traders from gujrat
