Love the grip strength content, Anton! I’ve been doing your “Russian Forearm Challenge” workout that you showed Magnus and it’s been improving my climbing and even my jiu jitsu quite a bit.

I recently bought a wrist wrench, and it is my new favorite toy, both from pulling from the ground, but also attaching to a cable machine and doing one-arm rows. The thing that I really like (as a rock climber) is that you cup the handle with no thumb involved and you can really feel the tension on the straight fingers and it simulates slopers really well. I can already tell a difference after just a few weeks of training.

Thanks for the video!

I have a question, it took me 10 months to go up from a trainer equivalent to my CoC 1.5, am i too slow or just doing good? I am 22, my stats are: 5´6 and 192 lbs. Started specifically with grippers at age 21, 23 march 2023, and started strength training at age 15. Uptade: Any tips?
