We still want to move to the area this year, but we might delay a bit to see how home values and interest rates trend. We also plan to rent initially, mainly because we want to really spend time exploring land for sale locally and see what might be available that's not listed online. We really want to build a custom home on a rural lot, if we can afford it.

Hi Hal. Thank you for this video. I've been here for almost a year, and my lease will end in May. Rents are really high. I would love to lease a home. Thank you.
