My name is Barbara Stephenson. I'm a real estate agent in the Kelso/Longview area of Washington State. Born and raised right here in Cowlitz County on a cattle ranch, my husband and I have two awesome grown sons.

Making the most money is the goal and I like how you let sellers know what’s key to do so. These items seem simple but are important and show typically in the inspection. I like the graphics!

This is a great way to think about the house - more that just making it look pretty, actually ensure that you look at the main structures and systems of your house. Are they in good repair and does the house show that it is well maintained.
