Ingredients for the fried green asparagus with buttered breadcrumbs:
1 bunch of green asparagus (500 g)
30 g butter or vegan butter substitute
Fry for about 2 minutes.
Steam for another about 2 minutes.
Add 2-3 tablespoons of water if necessary.
Approx. ½ tsp salt
A pinch to 1 tsp sugar, level
A little pepper
1 tbsp lemon juice
Nutmeg
3-4 tbsp Panko breadcrumbs or plain breadcrumbs
