If you're interested, stick around until the end of the video, I have some questions for you! Where We Messed Up the Rules 1. When Obulus was attacking Brisket in turn 1 we forgot she was at -1 def for being knocked down. This would’ve resulted in another point of damage, or a momentous dodge. 2. When Mist missed a pass in turn 1, we thought that Fangtooth was the only one under the ballpath, which is why Jon picked him instead of the better choice, Spigot. 3. We forgot Grim Caress from Pelage onto Fangtooth in turn 1 4. When Mist attacked Skulk in Turn 2 in cover, he should’ve rolled 5 dice instead of 4. 5. When Brisket passed to Fangtooth in the beginning of turn 4, she should’ve done so with 2 dice instead of 3 because Obulus was engaging her. 6. On the turn 4 kick off, Scott measured 6” in the 2 direction, instead of the 3. FAQ Q: Why did you play Guildball? It's no longer supported by the devs! A: We started recording this 2 years ago when the game was still being actively developed, and even then, the game has an awesome ruleset and I still enjoy playing it to this day! This is the type of battle report that sells games. It's better than most "Let's Play"s that companies put out to wakthrough their new games. Your editing is stellar. All that topped with the Jon & Scott flair. I'm so excited this is out, can't wait to see more of what you do with this medium!

I've been playing tabletop games for years and this is the kind of quality batrep I wish was the standard, you clearly put a ton of work and effort into this. It's a shame guild ball is a defunct game though >

This was great, it’s so hard to get these battle reports to be really watchable. Play on Tabletop have really captured 40K and Kill Team. So big props for making this really enjoyable and not like watching a lecture, would love to see more

This is one of the best produced battle reports I've watched. They usually aren't my thing, but having the cutaway interviews and all the graphics really makes it pop. Great job, guys!

The quality of this video is mind-blowing! It introduces rules & shows gameplay without being tedious, it captures the friendly banter of a game between friends and the editing is absolutely amazing!

Wow this was amazing. Loved the editing of the dice rolls all in a line, black and white when not active, with results displayed on top. Super helpful. I'd chip in to see more of these! Especially Age of Sigmar! I want to learn the rules :) and hangout with you both my virtual hobby friends haha

Man, this The Office-like style commentary is absolutely fantastic and makes it so enjoyable to watch. I can't wait to watch more batttle reports like, no matter the game actually being played ;) Also the animation with cards for actions is mind-blowing!

I just want you to know this has been really well received within the Guild Ball community it was a great video and great demonstration for new players. SFG killed the game off stating players where "too competitive" as an excuse but this video totally disproves that statement, its a shame the game is with the company still hopefully it will be sold off and loved and nurtured the way it deserves. if anyone reading the comments is interested in the game their is a community project on discord that is keeping the game alive and well with multiple resources for everything you will need to get into the game

Ok... so I wish i could delete my memory so I could witness this ABSOLUTE MASTERPICE over and over and over again... for the first time, this was genuinely a mega impressive work of art... The video editing is fantastic. the set design was perfect the camera setups were perfect the lighting was perfect the audio was perfect the concept and execution was just straight-up beautiful the graphics were excellent the interview was just absolutely fantastic the amount of hard work, dedication and just outright insanity to edit this was breathtaking Everybody involved in this has truly upped the game. This is a truly inspirational piece and is a true credit to our community. I cannot imagine how proud you are of this but... HOT DANGGGGGG! now... where is that repeat button?

Maybe for people familiar with guild ball it would slow but for someone like who knows nothing about it this was a brilliant showcase of the game as well as entertaining friendly competition. This might be the best batrep I have ever watched. I knew nothing about the rules for Guildball, and had no desire to learn about it, and half way through I am starting to get it. Very well done. Great work Scott. Easily one of the most entertaining battle report out there! As a viewer, its a testament to how well made the battle report is when you realize that you just spent an hour of your life watching two guys play with miniatures! Also, for future reports, you should have your guest's name and channel ID come up when you are introducing them to the audience at the beginning of the game. I feel like it would add to the professionalism of the video.

I've never painted a mini, never played a Warhammer 40k type of game, yet this channel is one of my favorites. The humor, editing and content like this, is what keeps me coming back. Amazing job.

Absolutely loved your battle report. It is very well edited, pleasant lighting and high quality sound. The final result feels very high quality and polished. I loved the gaming series you mentioned with Will Weaton , etc. Would love to see something in that style with all kinds of game reports, from board games to full blown Warhammer AoS battle reports and why not some more Guild Ball. It's so hard to find really well made battle reports. Don't necessarily limit yourself to games with mini's.

This format is amazing. I'm not interested in Guild Ball and rarely stick to battle reports for more than 5-10 minutes and this one kept me hooked for the entire thing. Top tier content.

As someone who usually gets bored of battle reports halfway through, this was awesome. The editing was perfect, even though I have never played this game I could for the most part understand everything that was going on, and nothing felt like it dragged on for way too long. Keep up the great work Scott, I can't wait to see more of kill your friends

Absolutely the best battle report I have ever seen, I love the documentary style and the way that you explained the rules so well... As for what to play, AOS would be great of course, but do whatever you enjoy, as I can imagine AOS would be insanity to edit... Was slightly disappointed that Jon is still alive and well, despite the title, but jokes aside, keep doing what you do, you are an inspiration to all of us hobbyists.
