Bondubust serves contemporary Indian street food that's all vegetarian and pairs it with beers brewed right on-site. This place started as a collaboration between a chef and a craft beer bar owner, and now it’s a hotspot for delicious food and innovative beers. They have several locations, but we decided to go to the brewery itself. We particularly enjoyed their Dohara Hazy IPA and Mango Lassi Dazzler Pale Ale, a collaboration with Northern Monk. This was our absolute favorite place on this trip; the food was out of this world.
