Oh my 😊 that looks so great 💯💯💯💯 We have a hard time getting scallops that are reasonable price wise. I guess imitation crab would do well. That looks awesome 😎👍🏻

Looks good with some calamari for some kick. I would probably fry the calamari alittl efirst in some flour before adding to the dish. I always add alittle salt and ground pepper even with Cajun seasonings because some times they lack salt and pepper enough. Good recipe.

I'm sitting here thinking about the side dish I'd pair with this and I've not had had lima beans since I was a child...I see a succotash dish coming to a table near me (for lack of a better word) with lima beans, corn, tomatoes, fried okra, bacon, colorful peppers . . . AND string beans (just in case I start trippin' from the taste of the lima beans FROM that time my momma MADE me eat 'em'). LoL!
