9 years ago in 2012 when I started investing in stock&bond my Financial advisor/Portfolio Hovik Morten manager suggested I bought some stocks he predicted will yield valuable profits and he also forecasted that these companies will triple their net-worth in a space of 8 years.I did not regret taking her advice because I've made over $4.1 million in raw profits over the years.I started with 200k back then,I still invest with Hovik and I keep getting paid

With his outstanding market tactics in which he used to guide me from the base to where I am now,Hovik morten my broker really made me understand there's no much for cheap assets in my investments because there's almost no activity with them..I'm amazed with my financial status right now under proper guidance of hovik,he has really made sure I get major payouts from every trade and investments I make with him. Currently I invest $11000 and yield $33000 in dividends with the aid of Hovik. Can the housing market ever 😱🥂

I’m 40 and currently have $1.5 million a portfolio and my goal is to just rising...I repositioned some of my dividend stocks with the help of Hovik Morten who has been handling my portfolio for years.I bought fractional shares of TSLA,AMZN ,NIO ,BNGO.I also took my chances on high growth stocks like (NASDAQ:VRTX),(NYSE:BRK-A),(SHLL), (NYSE:USB)..And so far I've gotten a 120% increase

@@carmens1996 Your absolutely right. I'm not sure what state you are in but late fees are not permitted through the moratorium. Even if they were there really should be some flexibility in a situation like yours especially during the holiday season. I'm not saying all landlords are doing the right thing but the majority of small Landlords are trying their best and the mandates put in place have made the landlord tenant situation a combustible one. I would ask the landlord to return or credit you the late fee. It might of been an automatic deduction if you were paying through a digital service

If buyers pull back, it places pressure on available rentals, land lords will have a field day, people are always going to have a need for housing, so pick your poison, pay high home prices or pay high rents. if home prices are not appropriate for the market, why are they flying off the shelf. the market is self correcting, their is not any one who knows exactly when it will self correct, it will self correct when people stop buying homes, then the rental market will go crazy, like in San Francisco and New York city. darned if you do, darned if you don't. go big or go home.

The underlying crisis is capitalism. Central banks around the world have been doing one Hail Mary Pass after the next for decades now in order to rescue an economic order that is on its way out. Market extremists want to blame something other than capitalism but they're in denial. That being said, somehow we've managed to run a deficit for half a century to fund a sprawling military industrial global empire built on war and exploitation of the world's poor but we can't afford to make sure our own citizens are taken care of. That's quite some cognitive dissonance. How can we afford one but not the other? I guess that's because spending a few bucks to keep the middle class from going homeless is considered onerous but spending trillions to sustain the greed of the rich is considered.... Freedom? Madness.

A factor no one is talking about it's all the homeowners Who currently have renters who can't get the renter's out and can't collect the back rent if they go to sell the buyer would have to agree to let the renter stay in the house without evicting them because of the moratorium on evictions and foreclosures that alone will affect the housing market

People cant sell their home because its to difficult to buy another . Until there is inventory to buy than prices remain elevated . How that inventory will appear is speculation . Foreclosures had a big impact in 2008 and there after but that cant happen until the pandemic is mostly over and government may continue to help people to keep their mortgages as they did in 2008 but maybe more aggressive with a democratic majority in the federal government . 2008 the market was propped up to an extent . It could have been allot worse . The question is should we allow for corrections to markets of any kind ? We have decided for over a decade that we want to avoid corrections and In a way it has worked not leading to a bigger problem down the road but are we just postponing the inevedible . Is it better to let the normal cycle of recession come and go ( relatively small and short lived ) or prevent them at all costs ? Kind of likr earth quakes better to have a bunch of smaller ones than one big one . Our system will fail someday or it will change as in reality it's not sustainable .

@@GuitarsAndSynths I agree. Why would they? An increase in rates will cause a decrease in active buyers and/or a decrease in amount borrowable based on a fixed annual income; neither of which is good for the housing market. There is no foreseeable future in a dramatic increase in the quantity of "affordable homes" supplied because builders want to maximize their profits by building higher priced homes. Sellers of existing homes want to maximize their profits too, because when they move, where will they move to that they can afford?

I agree with you, except your timeline. It's not realistic to expect herd immunity by March, hell, most people won't even get their first shot till April or May. Even if forbearance ends in March, I would not expect to see a major impact till fall or winter.

I mean, people don't see it yet but the current economic problems are likely built into the physical limitations of the planet. We have reached the limits to growth. And automation is taking care of the rest. Capitalism no longer works. Not without serious and repeated state interventions. Eventually interest rates drop to 0% and lending institutions and securities trading only continues operating on the basis of massive state intervention. Once it becomes apparent this isn't a temporary state of affairs but a new and lasting paradigm, capitalism will slowly fade out of the conversation. Some kind of post capitalist worldview will surpass the dominant discourse of the past several centuries under capitalism. What do you call a situation where mortgage moratoriums become semi permanent due to a permanent economic crisis and banks lose so much money that they only exist because of state bail outs, then what is that? That's de facto state subsidized public housing. What many people refer to as socialism. This will become the reality across the board in almost every sector of the economy. Either that or we will be talking about the collapse of civilization. Because the alternative is putting everyone out on the streets and letting the rich hoard everything, including the basics necessary for merely maintaining basic life functions such as food and water. Historically, that is when the pitch forks come out and political systems go out of existence. Almost happened in 1930. The only reason it didn't is massive wealth redistribution. My suggestion to people is to open their eyes and see the writing on the wall.
