Whenever I see an E30 brought back to life it brings me joy. I grew up idolising these cars and to see them still being loved is comforting - muy bien! One question, you mentioned the car was a 1989 but it appears to be a pre-facelift model and those were until 1987 I believe (at least in the UK). Anyhow, congratulations on another epic project!

This was definitely an exterior restoration. You guys are really good, repairing and restoring all original exterior panels; it makes a difference on a classic car like this one now is 👍

Exactly my question as well.. With all that work and attention to detail, why did you leave the trim clips in the panels?? That would leave patches under those clips unpainted. That is lazy my man....
